大慈寺

大慈寺無需預約，免費參觀，開放時間為每日8:00-17:30（17:00停止入內）。參觀時請注意保持安靜，遵守寺廟禮儀，殿內請勿拍攝佛像，勿隨意觸摸文物，著裝宜得體莊重。寺內茶館與素齋為自費項目，可自願體驗，請勿攜帶外來食品進入殿堂區域。

Daci Monastery is open for free visitation with no prior reservation required. Opening hours are 8:00-17:30 daily (last admission at 17:00). Please maintain quietness and observe temple etiquette during your visit: avoid photographing Buddha statues inside the halls, do not touch cultural relics, and dress appropriately. The on-site teahouse and vegetarian meals are optional paid services. Outside food is not permitted in the main worship halls.

大慈寺，又名古大聖慈寺，坐落於四川省成都市錦江區大慈寺路23號（鄰近成都遠洋太古里），是一座始建於公元3至4世紀魏晉時期的千年古剎，被譽為「震旦第一叢林」。寺院在唐宋時期達至鼎盛，不僅是唐代高僧玄奘法師受戒、講學之地，更以眾多名家壁畫聞名，蘇軾曾盛讚其壁畫「精妙冠世」。現存建築主要為清代順治至同治年間重建的天王殿、觀音殿、大雄寶殿等川西風格院落。作為免費開放的市級文物保護單位，其開放時間為每日8:00-17:30，遊客可在此體驗傳統茶館、素齋，感受千年古剎與現代都市交融的獨特氛圍。

Daci Monastery, also known as the Ancient Dashengci Monastery, is located at No. 23 Daci Temple Road, Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province (near Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li Chengdu). This millennia-old temple was first established during the Wei and Jin Dynasties (3rd-4th centuries AD) and is renowned as the "First Jungle in Zhen Dan". It reached its zenith during the Tang and Song dynasties, serving as the place where the renowned Tang Dynasty monk Xuanzang received ordination and lectured. The monastery was famous for its exquisite murals by celebrated artists, which Su Shi praised as "unparalleled in elegance and artistry". The existing structures, including the Heavenly King Hall, Guanyin Hall, and Mahavira Hall, primarily date from the Qing Dynasty, rebuilt during the reigns of Shunzhi to Tongzhi emperors, and feature the architectural style of Western Sichuan. As a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit offering free admission, it is open daily from 8:00 to 17:30. Visitors can enjoy traditional teahouses and vegetarian cuisine, experiencing the unique atmosphere where ancient Buddhist heritage meets the modern city.
