覺巴山為全天開放的埡口，無需預約。建議自駕或包車前往，優先選擇經驗豐富的駕駛員。由於山路陡峭且部分路段缺乏護欄，需低速謹慎行駛，並提前檢查剎車與輪胎狀況。埡口海拔約3900米，應注意預防高原反應。夏季需警惕落石，冬季需防範暗冰，建議備好防滑鏈。尊重當地自然環境，不隨意丟棄垃圾。如計劃走舊盤山路挑戰，請確保車輛性能和自身狀態良好，新手駕駛員不建議嘗試。

Jueba Mountain is a naturally open pass accessible 24/7 and requires no reservation. It is recommended to visit by self-driving or hired vehicle, preferably with an experienced driver. Due to the steep and dangerous mountain roads, some sections lack guardrails, so low-speed cautious driving is essential. Brake and tire conditions should be checked in advance. The pass has an elevation of approximately 3,900 meters, necessitating precautions against altitude sickness. Beware of falling rocks in summer and hidden ice in winter; carrying snow chains is advised. Respect the local natural environment by refraining from littering. If planning to tackle the old winding mountain road for a challenge, ensure your vehicle's performance and personal physical condition are adequate; novice drivers are discouraged from attempting it.

覺巴山位於西藏昌都市芒康縣境內，是川藏線上的著名險段，埡口海拔較高。其獨特魅力在於「險峻與壯美並存」：數十公里盤山路在絕壁上蜿蜒，相對高差巨大，以「上依絕壁、下臨深淵」的險峻地勢聞名，素有「川藏第一險」之稱。近年修建的覺巴山隧道極大改善了通行條件，但老盤山路仍保留為經典挑戰路線。這裡融合了自然奇觀與人文精神：一側是瀾滄江深邃峽谷，一側是雪山草甸垂直生態，堪稱「一山藏四季」；同時，它曾是茶馬古道要衝，如今仍是進藏交通樞紐，山下如美鎮保留著傳統藏寨風情。

Jueba Mountain is situated in Markam County, Chamdo, Tibet, along the Sichuan-Tibet Highway, with a pass at a relatively high altitude. Its unique appeal lies in the "coexistence of peril and grandeur": scores of kilometers of winding road cling to cliffs with a substantial relative height difference, renowned for its "cliffs above and abyss below" terrain, earning it the title "First Peril of the Sichuan-Tibet Route." The recently constructed Jueba Mountain Tunnel has greatly improved accessibility, while the old winding road remains a classic challenge route. This area blends natural wonders and cultural essence: on one side lies the deep gorge of the Lancang River, and on the other, a vertical ecosystem of snow-capped mountains and meadows, truly encapsulating "four seasons in one mountain." Simultaneously, it served as a critical juncture on the ancient Tea-Horse Road and continues to function as a key transportation hub into Tibet, with traditional Tibetan village charm preserved in the town of Rumei at its base.
