邦達草原

邦達草原為開放式自然景區，全天可進入且無需預約，但部分觀景區域或需付費（約60元）。草原位於昌都市八宿縣，建議自駕沿G214或G318國道前往，途中需注意急彎與陡坡。因地處高海拔（4200米以上），請提前防範高原反應，並備好防風防曬用品。夏季遊覽請沿已有車轍行駛，避免碾壓草場；切勿驚擾牛羊與野生動物，禁止採摘藥用植物。夜間氣溫驟降，需攜帶保暖衣物。垃圾請隨身帶走。

Bamda Grassland is an open natural scenic area accessible 24/7 without reservation, though certain viewing areas may require payment (approximately 60 yuan). Located in Baxoi County, Chamdo, it is recommended to drive there via National Highways G214 or G318, paying attention to sharp curves and steep slopes along the way. Due to the high altitude (above 4,200 meters), precautions against altitude sickness should be taken in advance, and windproof and sun-protective gear should be prepared. During summer visits, drive along existing tracks to avoid damaging the pasture; do not disturb livestock or wildlife, and refrain from picking medicinal plants. Nighttime temperatures drop sharply, so warm clothing is necessary. Please take all trash with you when leaving.

邦達草原位於西藏昌都市八宿縣東北部，地處兩條主要國道交匯處，海拔較高，是藏東面積廣闊的高寒草原。草原延展數十公里，怒江支流玉曲河蜿蜒流淌，滋養出豐美水草，夏季綠茵如毯、野花遍野，成群的牛羊和珍稀藏原羚棲息其間。其核心價值在於融合自然與人文：作為茶馬古道必經之地，至今保留著交通樞紐地位，世界海拔最高的邦達機場即坐落於此；當地牧民延續著傳統遊牧生活，可體驗騎馬、住帳篷、觀星空等高原風情。此外，草原盛產冬蟲夏草、紅景天等珍貴藥材，生態資源獨特。最佳遊覽期為春末至秋季，自駕途中可串聯怒江七十二拐、邦達機場等標誌性景觀，感受「雲端牧場」的壯闊與寧靜。

Bamda Grassland is situated in the northeast of Baxoi County, Chamdo, Tibet, at the convergence of two major national highways. With its elevated altitude, it forms an extensive alpine grassland in eastern Tibet. Stretching for dozens of kilometers, the grassland is nourished by the winding Yuqu River, a tributary of the Nu River, fostering lush pastures. In summer, the land becomes a verdant carpet adorned with wildflowers, where herds of cattle, sheep, and rare Tibetan gazelles thrive. Its core significance lies in the fusion of nature and culture: as an essential passage on the historic Tea-Horse Road, it retains its role as a transportation hub, housing the world’s highest-altitude Bamda Airport. Local herders continue their traditional nomadic lifestyle, offering experiences such as horse riding, tent stays, and stargazing. Moreover, the grassland yields prized medicinal resources like cordyceps and rhodiola, boasting unique ecological value. The optimal period for visitation spans from late spring to autumn. A self-driven journey allows travelers to link iconic sights such as the Nu River 72 Bends and Bamda Airport, immersing themselves in the vastness and serenity of this "pasture in the clouds."
