特別提醒：
景區大門離冰川觀景台很遠，必須乘坐觀光車。私家車不能開進去。
觀光車只能到山腳下的停車場，之後需要自己徒步（單程約40分鐘-1小時）或自費騎馬（約100元/人往返，自願選擇）到最近的觀景台。

Yes, you must. Midui Glacier is a national-level scenic area, and you cannot enter without purchasing a ticket.
How to book?
On-site purchase: This is currently the primary method. Buy your ticket at the scenic area's main entrance.
Online booking: You can try searching for "Midui Glacier" on travel apps like Ctrip or Meituan to purchase an e-ticket, which sometimes offers a small discount.
Price reference: The entrance ticket is usually around 50 RMB/person, and the sightseeing bus ticket is around 36 RMB/person (prices are subject to change).
Important reminders:
The scenic area entrance is very far from the glacier viewing platform. You must take the sightseeing bus, as private vehicles are not allowed to drive in.
The sightseeing bus only goes to the parking lot at the mountain's base. Afterwards, you need to either hike (about 40 mins - 1 hour one way) or pay for a horse ride (around 100 RMB/person round trip, optional) to reach the nearest viewing platform.
