托林寺

托林寺作為全國重點文物保護單位，目前無需網絡預訂，可在開放時間內直接前往售票處現場購票。常規開放時間為早上8點至晚上7點左右，建議行前查詢確認。寺廟地處海拔約3700米的札達縣，參觀者需注意階梯陡峭、路面不平，建議緩步慢行。室內禁止使用閃光燈攝影，部分殿堂謝絕拍照，參觀時請保持肅靜、勿觸摸文物壁畫，並自覺穿著得體以示尊重。高原紫外線強，需做好防曬措施。

As a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, Tholing Monastery currently does not require online reservations; visitors can purchase tickets directly at the ticket office during operating hours. Regular opening hours are approximately from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, but it is recommended to verify these before your visit. The monastery is situated in Zanda County at an altitude of about 3,700 meters, so please note the steep steps and uneven surfaces, and proceed with caution. Flash photography is prohibited indoors, and some halls do not allow photography at all. Maintain silence, refrain from touching murals and artifacts, and dress modestly out of respect. Due to strong ultraviolet radiation at high altitudes, sun protection is highly advised.

托林寺位於西藏阿里地區札達縣象泉河畔，建於公元996年，是古格王國最重要的皇家寺院和藏傳佛教後弘期的發祥地之一。其標誌性的迦薩殿以立體壇城形式呈現佛教宇宙觀，融合了印度、尼泊爾及西藏本地的建築藝術精華。寺內保存有珍貴的千年壁畫，尤以紅殿、白殿的佛教題材壁畫聞名，色彩絢麗、線條流暢，被譽為「阿里壁畫藝術的巔峰」。托林寺現為全國重點文物保護單位，不僅是宗教聖地，更是研究西藏歷史、藝術與文化交融的關鍵實物遺存。

Tholing Monastery is situated by the Xiangquan River in Zanda County, Ngari Prefecture, Tibet. Built in 996 AD, it served as the most important royal monastery of the Guge Kingdom and is regarded as one of the birthplaces of the later propagation of Tibetan Buddhism. Its iconic Jiasa Hall is structured as a three-dimensional mandala, embodying Buddhist cosmology and blending architectural influences from India, Nepal, and Tibet. The monastery preserves invaluable millennium-old murals, particularly those in the Red Hall and White Hall, which depict Buddhist themes with vibrant colors and fluid lines, acclaimed as the pinnacle of Ngari mural art. Now designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit, Tholing Monastery is not only a sacred religious site but also a critical physical heritage for studying Tibetan history, art, and cultural exchange.
