仲巴五彩沙丘是G219國道旁未開發的開放自然景觀，無需預約。沙丘海拔約4500-4700米，需防範高原反應，並備好防寒衣物與防曬用品。建議自駕前往，導航「仲巴五彩沙丘」即可。最佳遊覽時間為清晨或傍晚，此時光線柔和，有機會同時觀賞沙丘色彩與雪山「日照金山」的景象。請勿攀爬沙丘脆弱區域，避免破壞自然地貌。因地處荒野，請帶走所有垃圾，保護生態環境。部分路段信號較差，建議提前下載離線地圖。

The Zhongba Colorful Sand Dunes are an undeveloped, open natural landscape along the G219 National Highway, requiring no reservation. At an altitude of approximately 4,500-4,700 meters, visitors should take precautions against altitude sickness and prepare warm clothing and sun protection. Self-driving is recommended; simply navigate to "Zhongba Colorful Sand Dunes." The best time to visit is early morning or evening when soft lighting offers a chance to see the dunes' colors and the "golden glow" on the snowy mountains. Avoid climbing fragile areas to prevent damaging the natural landscape. Please take all trash with you to protect the ecological environment. As some areas have poor signal, it is advisable to download offline maps in advance.

仲巴五彩沙丘位於西藏日喀則市仲巴縣G219國道旁，是高原上一處獨特的自然奇觀。沙丘平均海拔約4500米，因周邊山體岩石富含礦物質且呈現紅色，在晝夜溫差作用下，沙丘表層常凝結冰霜，在晨昏光線照射下折射出粉、金、紫等斑斕色彩，宛如天然調色盤。這裡沙質細膩柔軟，與遠處的雪山、濕地和湛藍湖泊交錯相映，形成「一半沙漠一半湖泊」的夢幻景觀。由於屬未開發的自然景觀，無需門票且全天開放，但需注意高原反應與生態保護。

The Zhongba Colorful Sand Dunes are a unique natural wonder located along the G219 National Highway in Zhongba County, Shigatse, Tibet. At an average altitude of about 4,500 meters, the dunes display vibrant hues of pink, gold, and purple due to the red mineral-rich surrounding rocks and frost formed on the sand surface under temperature variations, especially during sunrise and sunset. The fine, soft sand contrasts strikingly with distant snow-capped mountains, wetlands, and blue lakes, creating a "half desert, half lake" dreamlike landscape. As an undeveloped natural site, it requires no entrance fee and is open 24/7, but visitors should prepare for high-altitude conditions and environmental protection.
