定結宗措湖

定結宗措湖為未開發的自然景觀，全天開放，無需預約。其海拔約4800-4932米，前往前需確保適應高原環境，並備好氧氣、藥物及防寒衣物。建議駕駛高底盤或四驅越野車前往，導航定位後可沿非鋪裝路面行駛約3-5公里抵達湖邊。因信號較弱或無信號，需提前下載離線地圖。請勿在湖邊生火、露營，帶走所有垃圾，保護原始生態。最佳觀賞時段為清晨與傍晚，可欣賞阿瑪直米雪山在湖中的倒影與日照金山奇觀。

Dinggyê Tsomtso Lake is an undeveloped natural landscape, open 24/7 with no reservation required. Located at an altitude of approximately 4800-4932 meters, visitors should ensure they are acclimatized to the high-altitude environment, prepare oxygen, medication, and cold-weather gear. It is recommended to use a high-clearance or 4WD vehicle. After setting the navigation destination, drive about 3-5 km on an unpaved road to reach the lake. Due to weak or no cell signal, download offline maps in advance. Do not light fires or camp by the lake, and take all trash with you to protect the pristine ecosystem. The best viewing times are early morning and evening, offering reflections of Ama Drime Peak and the golden glow of sunset on the snow-capped mountains.

定結宗措湖位於西藏日喀則市定結縣西部的喜馬拉雅山脈北麓，海拔約4800-4932米，是一座未開發的高原秘境湖泊。湖泊呈獨特的葫蘆形狀，與海拔6669米的阿瑪直米雪山相依，形成「雪山倒映湖面」的壯麗景觀。湖水隨光線呈現碧綠至蒂芙尼藍的漸變色，傍晚時分可觀賞「日照金山」奇觀。湖畔分佈著經幡陣與瑪尼堆，偶有藏原羚、岩羊等野生動物出沒。此地無需門票且全天開放，但需沿土路自駕越野車抵達，且需備足氧氣與防寒裝備以應對高海拔環境。

Dinggyê Tsomtso Lake is an undeveloped alpine lake nestled on the northern slopes of the Himalayas in Dinggyê County, Shigatse, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 4,800–4,932 meters. The gourd-shaped lake lies at the foot of the 6,669-meter-high Ama Drime Snow Mountain, creating a stunning reflection of the snow-capped peaks on its surface. The water displays a gradient of colors from emerald green to Tiffany blue under varying light conditions, with the "sunset golden glow" on the mountain being a spectacular sight at dusk. The lakeshore is dotted with prayer flags and mani stones, and occasional wildlife such as Tibetan gazelles and blue sheep can be spotted. The site is free to visit and open 24/7, but requires a 4WD vehicle to navigate the unpaved access road. Visitors must prepare for high-altitude conditions with oxygen supplies and cold-weather gear.
