珠峰大本營

珠峰大本營（絨布寺區域）無需提前預定，但需現場購買包含景區門票、車輛環保費和接駁觀光車在內的綜合票券。由於景區實行流量控制，建議儘早抵達（每日8:00起開放）以確保入園。所有遊客必須提前在戶籍所在地或拉薩辦理前往日喀則地區且包含「定日縣」的邊防證，並隨身攜帶身份證以備查驗。因海拔高達5200米，務必備好氧氣瓶、抗高反藥物及全套防寒裝備（羽絨服、手套、帽子等），避免劇烈運動，若有嚴重高原反應症狀應立即下撤。嚴禁擅自在保護區核心區域露營或離開指定觀景路線；禁止任何形式的岩石、冰川刻劃或垃圾遺留；拍攝絨布寺僧侶及當地居民應先徵得同意。請提前確認天氣與路況（雨季常有塌方），建議選擇底盤較高的車輛前往。景區內食宿條件有限，價格較高，可自備高熱量的應急食品。

Mount Everest Base Camp (Rongbuk Temple area) does not require advanced reservations, but visitors must purchase a combined ticket on-site, which includes park admission, vehicle environmental fees, and shuttle bus service. Due to visitor flow control measures implemented by the park, it is recommended to arrive as early as possible (opening from 8:00 daily) to secure entry. All visitors must obtain a Border Permit in advance, either at their place of household registration or in Lhasa, specifying "Tingri County" within the Shigatse region, and carry their ID card for inspection. Given the altitude of 5,200 meters, it is essential to prepare oxygen bottles, altitude sickness medication, and full cold-weather gear (down jacket, gloves, hat, etc.). Avoid strenuous physical activity; if severe altitude sickness symptoms occur, descend immediately. Unauthorized camping within the core protected zone or deviation from designated viewing trails is strictly prohibited. Any form of carving on rocks or glaciers or leaving behind trash is forbidden. Always request permission before photographing Rongbuk Temple monks or local residents. Check weather and road conditions in advance (landslides are common during the rainy season) and consider using a vehicle with higher ground clearance. Food and accommodation options within the scenic area are limited and relatively expensive, so bringing high-energy emergency snacks is advisable.

珠峰大本營位於西藏日喀則市定日縣，是為保護珠穆朗瑪峰核心區環境而設立的特殊區域，海拔約5200米，與珠峰峰頂直線距離約19公里。作為世界上海拔最高的旅遊接待點，這裏既是登山者挑戰極限的起點，也是普通遊客能近距離仰望珠峰的最近位置。景區內設有珠峰高程測量紀念碑（標注最新高程8848.86米）和海拔5200米紀念碑，可遠眺加烏拉山口「五峰同框」的壯麗景觀。附近還有世界最高寺廟絨布寺（海拔5154米），融合了自然奇觀與宗教文化。目前大本營全年開放（無時間限制），需購買景區門票（約180元）並換乘環保車進入。因處邊境地區，遊客須提前辦理邊防證，且需注意高海拔環境下的健康防護與生態保護

Mount Qomolangma (Everest) Base Camp is located in Tingri County, Shigatse, Tibet, established to protect the core environment of Mount Everest. At an altitude of approximately 5,200 meters, it is about 19 kilometers in a straight line from the summit. As the highest-altitude tourist reception point in the world, it serves both as a starting point for mountaineers and the closest accessible location for ordinary visitors to view Everest up close. The area features the Mount Everest Height Measurement Monument (marking the latest elevation of 8,848.86 meters) and a 5,200-meter altitude stele, offering distant views of the spectacular "Five Peaks" panorama from Gawula Pass. Nearby lies Rongbuk Monastery, the world's highest temple (5,154 meters), blending natural wonders with religious culture. The base camp is open year-round with no time restrictions, requiring an entrance ticket (approximately 180 RMB) and a transfer via eco-friendly buses. As it is in a border area, visitors must obtain a border permit in advance and must pay attention to health precautions and ecological protection in the high-altitude environment
