扎布耶茶卡鹽湖為非商業開發的自然景觀，全天免費開放，無需預約或購票。由於地處西藏日喀則仲巴縣仁多鄉，位置極其偏遠且海拔高達4421米，前往前必須確認車輛性能（建議高底盤四驅越野車）、備足燃油、食物、飲用水及應急物資。湖區路面多為鹽鹼地和砂石，務必沿已有車轍謹慎行駛，防止陷入淤泥或損壞脆弱的鹽殼。嚴禁向湖中丟棄任何物品，禁止踩踏或破壞特有的粉紅色鹽結晶。高原紫外線強烈，晝夜溫差極大，務必做好全身防曬（墨鏡、防曬霜）和極端保暖準備。為避免高原反應，應在較低海拔適應數日，避免劇烈運動。因地處羌塘邊緣，可能無通信信號，需提前下載衛星地圖並告知親友行程。最佳遊覽期為5月至10月，冬季可能因大雪封路無法抵達。

Zhabye Caka Salt Lake is a non-commercially developed natural landscape, open free of charge 24/7 with no need for reservations or tickets. Due to its extremely remote location in Rendo Township, Zhongba County, Shigatse, Tibet, and its high altitude of 4,421 meters, it is essential to ensure your vehicle is in optimal condition (high-clearance four-wheel-drive SUVs are recommended) and carry sufficient fuel, food, drinking water, and emergency supplies. The lake area roads consist mainly of saline-alkali soil and gravel; drive carefully along existing tracks to avoid getting stuck in mud or damaging the fragile salt crust. Do not discard any items into the lake, and avoid stepping on or damaging the distinctive pink salt crystals. UV radiation is intense on the plateau, and temperatures vary drastically between day and night, so full-body sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen) and extreme cold-weather preparation are mandatory. To prevent altitude sickness, acclimatize at lower elevations for several days and avoid strenuous activity. Since the area is on the edge of the Changtang, there may be no communication signal; download satellite maps in advance and inform family or friends of your itinerary. The best time to visit is from May to October, as roads may become impassable due to heavy snow in winter.

扎布耶茶卡鹽湖位於西藏日喀則市仲巴縣仁多鄉，海拔約4429米，是世界上海拔最高的鋰鹽湖之一，被譽為「西藏的天空之鏡」。湖面面積約243平方公里，呈狹長葫蘆形，分為南北兩湖，南湖為固液並存鹽灘，北湖為滷水湖。因湖中富含鋰、硼、鉀等礦物質及嗜鹽藻類，湖水在光照下會呈現粉紅、翠綠、寶藍等夢幻色彩，宛如天然調色盤。這裡人跡罕至，保留著原始的高原荒漠景觀，是攝影愛好者和探險者的祕境。由於地處羌塘高原邊緣，需自駕越野車前往，且需提前辦理邊防證，最佳遊覽期為5月至10月。

Zabuye Caka Salt Lake is situated in Rendo Township, Zhongba County, Shigatse, Tibet, at an altitude of approximately 4,429 meters. It is one of the world’s highest-altitude lithium-rich salt lakes, renowned as the "Sky Mirror of Tibet." Covering an area of about 243 square kilometers, the lake is shaped like a narrow gourd and divided into northern and southern sections: the southern part features a solid-liquid salt pan, while the northern part is a brine lake. Rich in minerals such as lithium, boron, and potassium, along with halophilic algae, the lake displays dreamlike hues of pink, emerald, and sapphire under sunlight, resembling a natural palette. This remote area retains pristine high-alt desert scenery, making it a paradise for photographers and adventurers. Access requires a 4WD vehicle and a border permit, with the best visiting season from May to October.
