桑桑大草原

桑桑大草原是非商業開發的開放草場，無需門票或提前預定。但由於地處海拔約4567米的高原牧區，遊客必須做好高原反應預防，避免劇烈運動並備好禦寒衣物。草原沿線主要為G219國道，請嚴格沿既有道路行駛，切勿驅車碾軋草甸或擅闖私人牧場。保護脆弱的生態環境，嚴禁丟棄任何垃圾，禁止採摘花草或驚擾牛羊等牲畜。該地區晝夜溫差極大且天氣多變，建議在天氣晴朗的白天（5月至10月為佳）遊覽，並自備充足飲水和補給。請尊重當地牧民的生活習慣，拍照前應禮貌徵求許可。

Sangsang Grassland is a non-commercially developed open pastureland, requiring no admission fees or prior reservations. However, as it is located in a high-altitude pastoral area at approximately 4,567 meters, visitors must take precautions against altitude sickness, avoid strenuous activities, and prepare warm clothing. The grassland primarily runs alongside National Highway G219. Drive strictly on existing roads—do not drive over meadows or enter private pastures. Protect the fragile ecosystem: no littering, picking flowers, or disturbing livestock such as yaks and sheep is permitted. The area experiences extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night, and weather can change rapidly. It is advisable to visit during clear daylight hours (preferably May to October) and bring sufficient water and supplies. Respect the lifestyle of local herders, and always seek polite permission before taking photographs.

桑桑大草原位於西藏日喀則市昂仁縣桑桑鎮境內，平均海拔約4567米，是一片沿G219國道綿延展布的廣袤高原草場。「桑桑」在藏語中意為「水質好、草質好」的地方。夏季這裡綠草如茵，野花遍地，成群的犛牛與羊群悠然其間，遠處雪山連綿，勾勒出純淨遼闊的高原牧歌圖景。這裡並非開發景區，而是自然開放的牧區，免費且全天可入，適合作為阿里南線自駕路上的停駐點，感受最原始的藏地草原氣息與牧區生活風貌。

Sangsang Grassland is situated in Sangsang Town, Angren County, Shigatse, Tibet, with an average altitude of approximately 4,567 meters. It stretches expansively along National Highway G219, forming a vast high-altitude pasture. In Tibetan, "Sangsang" means "a place with good water and lush grass." In summer, the grassland is carpeted with green grass and wildflowers, where herds of yaks and sheep graze leisurely against a backdrop of distant, continuous snow-capped mountains, painting a pure and boundless pastoral scene of the plateau. It is not a developed scenic area but a naturally open pastoral region, free to enter and accessible at all times. It serves as an ideal stop along the southern Ali自驾 route, allowing visitors to experience the authentic atmosphere of Tibetan grasslands and pastoral life.
