仁青休佈錯為自然湖泊，非商業景區，無需預約且全天免費開放。因其地處偏僻且海拔高達4756米，遊客需在高海拔地區停留適應至少一天，並準備充足的抗高原反應藥物、便攜氧氣和保暖裝備。前往途中多為土路和碎石路，建議駕駛高性能越野車，且務必攜帶備胎與應急工具，同時需提前下載高精度離線地圖。遊玩期間，嚴禁驅車碾壓湖畔脆弱草甸，不得向湖中丟棄任何雜物或使用化學洗滌劑，避免打擾野生動物，並確保帶走全部個人垃圾。由於晝夜溫差極大、紫外線強烈，白天需採取高倍數防曬，夜晚則必須加強防寒。最佳觀賞季節為五月至十月，出發前務必查詢天氣預報，避開暴雪或大雨等極端天氣。

Renqingxiubuo is a natural lake, not a commercial scenic area, requiring no reservation and open free of charge 24/7. Due to its remote location and high altitude of 4,756 meters, visitors should spend at least one day acclimatizing in a high-altitude area and prepare sufficient anti-altitude sickness medication, portable oxygen, and thermal gear. Access routes consist mostly of dirt and gravel roads, so it is recommended to use a high-performance off-road vehicle and carry spare tires along with emergency tools; additionally, high-precision offline maps should be downloaded in advance. During the visit, driving over the fragile lakeside meadows is strictly prohibited; no litter or chemical detergents should be disposed of into the lake, disturbance to wildlife must be avoided, and all personal trash should be taken away. Given the extreme temperature differences between day and night and intense UV radiation, high-factor sun protection is necessary during the daytime, while additional cold protection is essential at night. The optimal viewing season runs from May to October; check weather forecasts before departure to avoid extreme conditions like blizzards or heavy rain.

Renqing Xiubucuo (also known as Renqing Xiubutso) is located in the north of Zhongba County, Shigatse City, Tibet Autonomous Region, nestled in a fault basin on the northern foothills of the Gangdise Mountains. At an altitude of approximately 4,756 meters above sea level and covering an area of 187 square kilometers, it is a saltwater lake. As one of the core lakes along the "Ngari Central Line" (the "Lakes Loop"), it is renowned for its pristine, untouched scenery and its distinctive S-shaped peninsula. The peninsula extends蜿蜒 into the emerald-green waters, resembling a swimming dragon when viewed from above, creating a serene yet magnificent panorama alongside the distant snow-capped peaks of the Gangdise range and the vast高原 grassland.
