西寧取「西陲安寧」之意，是青海省省會。是青藏高原的東方門戶，古「絲綢之路」南路的必經之地。抵達西寧酒店後，可以根據到達時間安排今日的自由活動，可以在西寧買一些零食及路上所需的裝備。如果時間充裕，可以自行在市裡轉一轉。

【溫馨提示】

1.西寧酒店的入住時間一般是14:00以後，如您提前到酒店有空房可以直接入住，也可以把行李寄存在前台後自由活動。

早上出發，前往拉脊山觀景台（景區參觀40分鐘）。天地間，拉脊山靜立，它是黃土高原與青藏高原的界碑，是歲月無聲的守望者。當風掠過，雲朵在山間穿梭，每一步攀登，都是與自然靈魂的觸碰。一座被時光雕琢的聖山。它見證過歷史的滄桑變遷，也擁抱過每一縷新生的朝陽。

後前往【青海湖黑馬河景區】（景區參觀1.5小時）。青海湖是中國最大的內陸湖，湖水蔚藍清澈，遠遠望去，如一片藍色大海展現在眼前。湖畔的油菜花田、薰衣草花海、空中飛翔的海鷗、石子鋪滿的湖岸，景色美不勝收。青海湖宛若鑲嵌在高原上的藍寶石，青海省的地圖形似一隻玉兔。隨後前往茶卡入住酒店。

接著參觀【茶卡鹽湖】（景區參觀2.5小時，含景區門票；電瓶車及小火車請自理）。「茶卡」是藏語，意即鹽池，被《國家旅遊地理》雜誌評為「人一生必去的55個地方」之一。茶卡的天空異常乾淨，懸浮在純白之上。與其說是天空之鏡，不如說是一場幻境——天地一線，現實世界中早已很難找到如此純淨的地方，白得如此徹底。抬起頭，頭頂是一片藍天；低下頭，腳下仍是一片藍天，已分不清是天空倒影在湖水中，還是湖水融化在藍天裡。鹽湖的景象是「天上無飛鳥，地下無綠草，湖中無遊魚」。

【特別提示】

1.攜帶濕紙巾進入，下湖後會有鹽晶黏腳，方便擦拭。

2.塗抹好防曬並做好防曬措施，鹽湖紫外線較強。

3.墨鏡、遮陽帽也一併帶入，由於鹽湖鹽晶為白色，反光作用強，會對眼睛造成強光刺激。

4.景區內可租鞋套，下湖時避開湖裡的黑色溶洞，以免落入刮傷腿部。

Morning Departure: Visit Laji Mountain Viewing Platform
(Scenic area visit: 40 minutes)
Between heaven and earth, Laji Mountain stands in serene stillness—a boundary marker between the Loess Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, a silent guardian of time. As the wind sweeps by and clouds drift through the mountains, every step of the climb is a touch with the soul of nature. It is a sacred mountain sculpted by time, having witnessed the vicissitudes of history while embracing every ray of the newborn sun.

Then Proceed to Qinghai Lake Heima River Scenic Area

(Scenic area visit: 1.5 hours)
Qinghai Lake is the largest inland lake in China. Its waters are deep blue and crystal clear, appearing like a vast sea from afar. The surrounding rapeseed and lavender fields, seagulls soaring in the sky, and the pebble-strewn lakeshore create an overwhelmingly beautiful scene. Qinghai Lake is like a sapphire镶嵌 on the plateau, and the shape of Qinghai Province resembles a jade rabbit. Afterward, proceed to Chaka to check in at the hotel.

Subsequently, Visit Chaka Salt Lake
(Scenic area visit: 2.5 hours, includes entrance ticket; electric car and small train rides are at your own expense)
"Chaka" is a Tibetan word meaning "salt pond," and it has been named one of the "55 Places You Must Visit in Your Lifetime" by National Geographic Traveler. The sky over Chaka is exceptionally clear, resting above the vast expanse of white. Rather than calling it the "Mirror of the Sky," it is more like an illusion—a seamless blend of heaven and earth. It is hard to find such purity in the real world, a whiteness so absolute. When you look up, the sky is a deep blue above you; when you look down, the same blue stretches beneath your feet. It becomes impossible to tell whether the sky is reflecting in the lake or the lake is melting into the sky. The scene at the salt lake is one where there are no birds in the sky, no grass on the ground, and no fish in the water.

Special Notes:

1.Bring wet wipes with you—salt crystals will stick to your feet after walking in the lake, and the wipes will help clean them off.

2.Apply sunscreen and take other protective measures before entering, as the UV radiation is strong at the salt lake.

3.Bring sunglasses and a sun hat. The white salt crystals reflect light intensely, which can be harsh on the eyes.

4.Shoe covers are available for rent inside the scenic area. When walking in the lake, avoid the black sinkholes to prevent falling and injuring your legs.

早上出發走環湖西路；乘車前往剛察，觀賞剛察縣沙柳河景區。這裡是中國唯一能觀賞裸鯉（青海湖湟魚）洄游奇觀的最佳景點之一。每年夏季6至7月，青海湖湟魚逆流而上，密集成群，溯河洄游至剛察境內的沙柳河、布哈河、泉吉河受精排卵。當魚群通過淺灘時，背鰭露出水面，猶如千帆競發，最終在適宜的產卵河段形成數十里河道「半河清水半河魚」的奇特景觀。世居此地的藏族流傳著「騎馬涉水踩死魚」的說法，可謂是生命演繹的奇蹟。隨後途經大冬樹埡口進入祁連，入住祁連酒店休息。​

Depart in the morning along the West Ring Road of Qinghai Lake; take a vehicle to Gangcha to visit the Shaliu River Scenic Area in Gangcha County. This is one of the best sites in China to witness the spectacular migration of naked carp (Qinghai Lake yellow fish). Every summer from June to July, the Qinghai Lake yellow fish swim upstream against the current, gathering in dense schools as they migrate to the Shaliu River, Buha River, and Quanji River within Gangcha County to fertilize and lay eggs. When the fish pass through shallow areas, their dorsal fins break the surface of the water, resembling a thousand sails racing forward. Eventually, in suitable spawning areas, they create the unique spectacle of "half river clear water, half river fish" stretching for dozens of miles along the river. Local Tibetans have a saying, "Riding a horse through the water, one could accidentally step on fish," which truly exemplifies the miracle of life's perseverance. Afterward, pass through the Dadongshu Mountain Pass and enter Qilian, where you will check into a hotel in Qilian for rest.

早餐後乘車前往遊覽【卓爾山風景區】（參觀時間2小時，電瓶車請自理）。來到卓爾山頂，一切美景盡收眼底：金黃色的油菜花、綠油油的青稞、一片片的草甸，以及紅褐岩石砂粒形成的山丘，共同組成一幅五彩斑斕的美麗油畫景象。卓爾山藏語稱為「宗穆瑪釉瑪」，意為美麗的紅潤皇后。景區位於祁連縣八寶鎮，緊靠八寶河，與藏區神山阿咪東索（牛心山）隔河相望。站在卓爾山頂，視野極度開闊，四周沒有任何遮攔。山對面是能一山盡覽四季景色的牛心山，左右兩側分別是拉洞峽和白楊溝風景區，背面是連綿起伏的祁連山。山腳下，滔滔八寶河像一條白色的哈達環繞在縣城周邊，宛如仙境。沿八寶河前行，可抵達古絲綢之路重要驛站峨博。

下午前往欣賞獨具特色的西北景致——電影《長城》《三槍拍案驚奇》取景地【張掖七彩丹霞】（參觀時間3小時，電瓶車請自理）。張掖的丹霞地貌發育於距今約200萬年前的前侏羅紀至第三紀。數以千計的懸崖山巒全部呈現出鮮豔的丹紅色和紅褐色，造型奇特，色彩斑斕，氣勢磅礡。進入景區需乘坐區間車前往各處觀景台，欣賞這奇特的地貌。拍攝完雄偉壯觀的丹霞日落後，隊友們此時已感疲憊，我們將乘車返回酒店休息。

After breakfast, take a vehicle to visit [Zhuole Mountain Scenic Area] (visit time: 2 hours; electric car fee is not included and must be paid separately).
Upon reaching the summit of Zhuole Mountain, a breathtaking panoramic view unfolds before your eyes: golden rapeseed fields, lush green barley, expansive meadows, and hills formed by reddish-brown rocks and sand, all blending into a vibrant and picturesque oil-painting-like scene.
In Tibetan, Zhuole Mountain is called "Zongmumayouma," meaning "the beautiful rosy queen." The scenic area is located in Babao Town, Qilian County, nestled along the Babao River and facing the sacred Tibetan mountain, Ami Dongsuo (Niuxin Mountain), across the river. Standing atop Zhuole Mountain, the view is incredibly expansive, unobstructed on all sides. Opposite the mountain is Niuxin Mountain, where all four seasons can be admired from a single vantage point. To the left and right are the Ladong Gorge and Baiyang Valley scenic areas, while the rolling Qilian Mountains stretch out behind. At the foot of the mountain, the roaring Babao River winds like a white ceremonial scarf around the town, creating a fairy-tale-like landscape. Following the Babao River, you can reach Ebo, an important relay station along the ancient Silk Road.

In the afternoon, head to admire the unique Northwestern scenery—the filming location of the movies The Great Wall and A Simple Noodle Story—[Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park] (visit time: 3 hours; electric car fee is not included and must be paid separately).
The Danxia landforms in Zhangye developed from the pre-Jurassic to the Tertiary period, dating back approximately 2 million years. Thousands of cliffs and mountains display vibrant shades of crimson and reddish-brown, featuring奇特, colorful, and majestic formations. To explore the area, visitors need to take shuttle buses within the scenic area to access various viewing platforms and admire the extraordinary landscapes. After capturing the magnificent sunset over the Danxia landforms, the team will likely feel tired, and we will take a vehicle back to the hotel to rest.

早餐後，乘車途經民樂【扁都口】。在綿延起伏的祁連山脈中段，有一個貫通南北的峰口，它就是被古人稱為「大斗拔谷」的險關要隘——扁都口。扁都口海拔3500多公尺，南通祁連縣峨堡鎮，北達甘肅民樂炒麵莊，地勢險要，山勢峻峨。自古以來，這裡便是兵家必爭之地，也是商旅通行的重要通道之一。227國道穿谷而過，時而盤旋百折衝上峰頂，時而俯衝萬轉撲入峽谷。

隨後乘車參觀【祁連大草原】（參觀時間30分鐘），欣賞中國美麗的六大草原之一——祁連大草原。中途遊覽景點：乘車翻越扁都口，欣賞祁連草原美景，穿越祁連山脈。抵達門源後翻越【達坂山觀景台】。
