Xining, meaning "Peace in the Western Frontier," is the capital of Qinghai Province. As the eastern gateway to the Tibetan Plateau, it was a vital passage along the ancient Southern Route of the Silk Road. After arriving at the hotel in Xining, you may plan your free time according to your arrival schedule. It is recommended to purchase snacks and necessary supplies for the journey in Xining. If time permits, you may also explore the city on your own.

早上出發，途經日月山放眼望去，才是大美的青海。海拔3520米的日月山口，屹立在風中的拉則，佈滿經幡，那是信仰的力量。它位於我國季風區與非季風區的分界線上，地處黃土高原與青藏高原的疊合區，是青海省內外流域的天然分界線，劃分了農耕文明與遊牧文明。藏語叫日月山為“尼瑪達哇”，蒙古語稱“納喇薩喇”，都是太陽和月亮的意思。


後前往【青海湖二郎劍】。青海湖是中國最大的內陸湖，湖水蔚藍清澈，遠遠望去就有藍色的大海出現在眼前，而旁邊的油菜花、薰衣草花海，空中的海鷗，石子鋪滿的湖邊更是美不勝收。青海湖宛若鑲嵌在高原上的藍寶石，青海省地圖形似玉兔。


參觀結束後乘車前往茶卡/烏蘭，入住酒店休息。

下午出發，參觀【茶卡鹽湖】（含景區門票，電瓶車及小火車請自理）。“茶卡”是藏語，意即鹽池，被《國家旅遊地理》雜誌評為“人一生必去的55個地方”之一。茶卡的天空異常乾淨，在白色之上。與其說是天空之鏡，不如說是一場幻境，天地一線，在現實世界中早已很難找到如此純淨的地方，白得是如此徹底，抬起頭，頭頂有著一片藍天，低下頭，腳下仍是一片藍天，已分不清是天空倒影在湖水中，還是湖水融化在藍天裡。鹽湖的景象是天上無飛鳥，地下無綠草，湖中無遊魚。


【特別提示】

1、攜帶濕紙巾進入，下湖後會有鹽晶黏腳，方便擦拭；

2、塗抹好防曬並做好防曬措施進入，鹽湖紫外線較強；

3、墨鏡、遮陽帽也一併帶入，由於鹽湖鹽晶為白色，反光作用強，會給眼睛帶來強光；

4、景區內可租鞋套，下湖時避開湖裡的黑色溶洞，以免落入刮傷腿；


後前往茶卡/烏蘭入住酒店休息。



Depart in the morning and pass by the Ri Yue Mountain (Sun and Moon Mountain). Looking out from here, you will truly witness the magnificent beauty of Qinghai. At an altitude of 3,520 meters, the mountain pass is dotted with prayer flags fluttering in the wind, representing the power of faith. The mountain lies on the boundary between China's monsoon and non-monsoon regions, at the convergence of the Loess Plateau and the Tibetan Plateau. It serves as the natural watershed between internal and external river systems in Qinghai Province and marks the divide between farming and nomadic civilizations. In Tibetan, the mountain is called “Nimadawa,” and in Mongolian, it is known as “Nalasal,” both meaning “sun and moon.”


Later, head to [Qinghai Lake Erlangjian]. Qinghai Lake is the largest inland lake in China. Its azure, crystal-clear waters stretch like a vast blue sea before your eyes. Surrounding the lake, fields of rapeseed and lavender, seagulls in the sky, and pebble-lined shores create a breathtaking scene. Qinghai Lake resembles a sapphire embedded in the plateau, with the shape of Qinghai Province resembling a jade rabbit.


After the visit, transfer to Chaka/Ulan and check in at the hotel to rest.

Qinghai is located on the plateau with strong ultraviolet radiation. It is recommended to use sunscreen with SPF 30 or above.


Please do not participate in activities such as horseback riding, archery, or beach motorbiking on your own. These are small-scale businesses operated by local ethnic minorities and may involve certain risks.


In the afternoon, depart to visit [Chaka Salt Lake] (entry ticket included, electric car and train tickets at your own expense). “Chaka” is a Tibetan word meaning “salt pond.” It has been listed by National Geographic Traveler as one of the “55 Places You Must Visit in Your Lifetime.” The sky above Chaka is exceptionally clear, set against a white backdrop. More than a “mirror of the sky,” it feels like an illusion, where the horizon blends into one line. Such purity is rare in the real world—stark white and utterly pristine. Look up, and you see a blue sky above; look down, and another blue sky lies beneath your feet. It’s hard to tell whether the sky is reflected in the lake or the lake has melted into the sky. The salt lake presents a scene with no birds in the sky, no grass on the ground, and no fish in the water.


【Special Notes】

Bring wet wipes to wipe off the salt crystals that may stick to your feet after stepping into the lake.

Apply sunscreen and take protective measures, as the ultraviolet radiation is strong on the salt lake.

Bring sunglasses and a sunhat. The white salt crystals reflect strong light, which can be harsh on the eyes.

Shoe covers can be rented inside the scenic area. Avoid the black sinkholes in the lake to prevent falling or injuring your legs.

After the visit, proceed to Chaka/Ulan to check in at the hotel and rest.

早餐後乘車出發前往察爾汗鹽湖。察爾汗鹽湖位於中國青海省西部，柴達木盆地南部，地跨格爾木市和都蘭縣，由達布遜湖以及南霍布遜、北霍布遜、澀聶等鹽池匯聚而成，總面積達5856平方公里。格爾木河、柴達木河等多條內流河注入該湖。由於水分不斷蒸發，鹽湖表面形成堅硬的鹽蓋，青藏鐵路和青藏公路直接修建於鹽蓋之上。察爾汗鹽湖蘊藏豐富的氯化鈉、氯化鉀、氯化鎂等無機鹽，總儲量達20億噸，是中國重要的礦業基地之一。


​After breakfast, depart by vehicle to visit the Qarhan Salt Lake. Located in the western part of Qinghai Province, China, south of the Qaidam Basin, the lake spans Golmud City and Dulan County. It is formed by the convergence of Dabuxun Lake and other salt ponds such as South Huobuxun, North Huobuxun, and Senie, covering a total area of 5,856 square kilometers. Several inland rivers, including the Golmud River and the Qaidam River, flow into the lake. Due to continuous evaporation, a hard salt crust has formed on the surface of the lake, upon which the Qinghai–Tibet Railway and Qinghai–Tibet Highway are directly built. The Qarhan Salt Lake is rich in inorganic salts such as sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and magnesium chloride, with total reserves reaching 2 billion tons, making it one of China's important mining bases.

​After breakfast, we will drive through the Qaidam Basin, a key passage of the Qinghai–Tibet Railway and a must-pass section of the Qinghai–Tibet route. Along the way, you will experience the vast, sparsely populated, and strikingly desolate landscape of northwest China. The scenery here rivals that of the famous U.S. Route 66 and has served as a stunning backdrop for numerous films.

Next, we will visit the mysterious abandoned Kazakh old town – Aksay Oil Town, the filming location for movies like Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe and Wind Blast.

Afterward, we will head to the International Desert Camping Base. Here, you can freely take photos, enjoy the sunset and silhouettes, indulge in sand sliding, and experience desert motorcycles. The fun continues with desert KTV and BBQ. As night falls, a bonfire party, dazzling fireworks, and brilliant stars light up the desert sky, creating a vibrant and unforgettable evening. You will spend the night in a desert camp tent!

遠觀【海市蜃樓】——【無界】，它由一座「主殿」和四座「闕樓」構成，名曰《無界》。在這戈壁荒漠中，實屬一處難得的景致。

隨後乘車前往敦煌，車覽【漢武帝雕塑】。雕塑塑造了漢武帝的光輝形象，作品風格遠承漢唐之雄偉氣韻，質樸無華的美學追求與蒼茫的戈壁相統一。


途中經過瓜州，隊友們可以在這裡休息。我們會請大家品嚐哈密瓜，在炎炎夏日為大家解暑。這裡的西瓜和哈密瓜格外香甜。

遠觀【嘉峪關城樓】（不含門票），嘉峪關坐落於地勢最高的嘉峪山上，城關兩翼的城牆橫穿沙漠和戈壁，向北8公里連接黑山懸壁長城，向南7公里連接天下第一墩，是現代萬里長城西端的主宰，自古為河西第一隘口。


下午前往欣賞獨具特色的西北景致——電影《長城》《三槍拍案驚奇》取景地【張掖七彩丹霞】（含景區門票，不含景區電瓶車）。張掖的丹霞地貌發育於距今約200萬年的前侏羅紀至第三紀。數以千計的懸崖山巒全部呈現出鮮豔的丹紅色和紅褐色，造型奇特、色彩斑斕、氣勢磅礡。進入景區需乘坐區間車前往各處觀景台，觀賞奇特的地貌，拍攝雄偉壯觀的火燒丹霞。

After breakfast, we will drive to Guazhou to unveil the mystery of "Child of the Earth." Here, you can reconnect with your inner self. Just as humans are children of Mother Earth, we find peace only in her embrace. This sculpture aims to raise awareness about protecting our planet. Together, we will recite the poem "Child of the Earth": "Heaven nurtures me, Earth gives me life; I kneel in my mother's embrace..."

In the distance, we will see the mirage-like installation "Boundless" (海市蜃楼-无界), composed of a "main hall" and four "watchtowers." Named Boundless, it is a rare artistic sight in the vast Gobi Desert.


We will then continue to Dunhuang, passing by the Emperor Wu of Han Sculpture. The statue captures the grandeur of Emperor Wu, blending the majestic artistic style of the Han and Tang dynasties with the desolate beauty of the Gobi.


Along the way, we will stop in Guazhou for a break. We will treat everyone to Hami melon, a refreshing summer delight. The watermelons and Hami melons here are exceptionally sweet.


We will also view the Jiayuguan Fortress (ticket not included) from afar. Perched on the highest point of Jiayu Mountain, the fortress walls stretch across the desert and Gobi—8 km north to the Heishan Cliff Great Wall and 7 km south to the First Beacon Tower of the Great Wall. As the western stronghold of the Great Wall, it has been the first strategic pass in the Hexi Corridor since ancient times.


In the afternoon, we will visit the unique northwestern landscape—the Zhangye Danxia Landform (ticket included, electric car not included), a filming location for movies like The Great Wall and A Woman, a Gun and a Noodle Shop. The Danxia landform in Zhangye dates back to the Early Jurassic to the Tertiary period, about 2 million years ago. Thousands of cliff mountains display vibrant red and reddish-brown hues, forming spectacular, colorful, and imposing scenery. Visitors will take shuttle buses to various viewing platforms to admire the奇特 landforms and capture the majestic "flaming Danxia."

早餐後，乘車途經民樂【扁都口】。在綿延起伏的祁連山脈中段，有一處貫通南北的山口，即被古人稱為「大斗拔谷」的險關要隘——扁都口。扁都口海拔3500多米，南通祁連縣峨堡鎮，北達甘肅民樂炒麵莊，地勢險要、山勢峻峨，自古以來便是兵家必爭之地，也是商旅通行的重要通道之一。227國道穿谷而過，時而盤旋百折沖上峰頂，時而俯衝萬轉撲入峽谷。

抵達門源【達坂山觀景台】，遠眺【門源萬畝油菜花田】。這裡展現出極具高原特色的田園風光，作為青海油菜基地，金燦燦的油菜花賦予此地「門源油，滿街流」的美譽。

After breakfast, we will drive through Biandukou in Minle County. Located in the midsection of the rolling Qilian Mountains, Biandukou is a north-south mountain pass historically known as the strategic stronghold “Dadouba Valley.” With an altitude of over 3,500 meters, it connects Ebao Town in Qilian County to the south and Chaomian Village in Minle, Gansu, to the north. Steep and precipitous, it has been a contested military site since ancient times and a vital passage for trade caravans. National Highway 227 winds through the valley, sometimes zigzagging up to the peaks, sometimes plunging into the canyon.


Next, we will visit the Qilian Grassland (approx. 30 minutes), one of China’s six most beautiful grasslands. Along the way, we will cross Biandukou, enjoying the stunning views of the Qilian Grassland and traversing the Qilian Mountain range.


We will then arrive at the Daban Mountain Viewing Platform in Menyuan, overlooking the Vast Rape Flower Fields of Menyuan. This area showcases the distinctive pastoral landscape of the plateau and serves as a major rapeseed production base in Qinghai. The golden rape flowers have earned Menyuan the reputation of “Menyuan oil flowing through every street.”

The blooming period of Menyuan’s rape flower fields is approximately from early July to early August. Visits to the flower fields cannot be arranged outside this period.

As the eastern gateway to the Tibetan Plateau, it was a vital passage along the ancient Southern Route of the Silk Road. After arriving at the hotel in Xining, you may plan your free time according to your arrival schedule. It is recommended to purchase snacks and necessary supplies for the journey in Xining. If time permits, you may also explore the city on your own.

早上出發，途經日月山放眼望去，才是大美的青海。海拔3520米的日月山口，屹立在風中的拉則，佈滿經幡，那是信仰的力量。它位於我國季風區與非季風區的分界線上，地處黃土高原與青藏高原的疊合區，是青海省內外流域的天然分界線，劃分了農耕文明與遊牧文明。藏語叫日月山為“尼瑪達哇”，蒙古語稱“納喇薩喇”，都是太陽和月亮的意思。


後前往【青海湖二郎劍】。青海湖是中國最大的內陸湖，湖水蔚藍清澈，遠遠望去就有藍色的大海出現在眼前，而旁邊的油菜花、薰衣草花海，空中的海鷗，石子鋪滿的湖邊更是美不勝收。青海湖宛若鑲嵌在高原上的藍寶石，青海省地圖形似玉兔。


參觀結束後乘車前往茶卡/烏蘭，入住酒店休息。

下午出發，參觀【茶卡鹽湖】（含景區門票，電瓶車及小火車請自理）。“茶卡”是藏語，意即鹽池，被《國家旅遊地理》雜誌評為“人一生必去的55個地方”之一。茶卡的天空異常乾淨，在白色之上。與其說是天空之鏡，不如說是一場幻境，天地一線，在現實世界中早已很難找到如此純淨的地方，白得是如此徹底，抬起頭，頭頂有著一片藍天，低下頭，腳下仍是一片藍天，已分不清是天空倒影在湖水中，還是湖水融化在藍天裡。鹽湖的景象是天上無飛鳥，地下無綠草，湖中無遊魚。


【特別提示】

1、攜帶濕紙巾進入，下湖後會有鹽晶黏腳，方便擦拭；

2、塗抹好防曬並做好防曬措施進入，鹽湖紫外線較強；

3、墨鏡、遮陽帽也一併帶入，由於鹽湖鹽晶為白色，反光作用強，會給眼睛帶來強光；

4、景區內可租鞋套，下湖時避開湖裡的黑色溶洞，以免落入刮傷腿；


後前往茶卡/烏蘭入住酒店休息。



Depart in the morning and pass by the Ri Yue Mountain (Sun and Moon Mountain). Looking out from here, you will truly witness the magnificent beauty of Qinghai. At an altitude of 3,520 meters, the mountain pass is dotted with prayer flags fluttering in the wind, representing the power of faith. The mountain lies on the boundary between China's monsoon and non-monsoon regions, at the convergence of the Loess Plateau and the Tibetan Plateau. It serves as the natural watershed between internal and external river systems in Qinghai Province and marks the divide between farming and nomadic civilizations. In Tibetan, the mountain is called “Nimadawa,” and in Mongolian, it is known as “Nalasal,” both meaning “sun and moon.”


Later, head to [Qinghai Lake Erlangjian]. Qinghai Lake is the largest inland lake in China. Its azure, crystal-clear waters stretch like a vast blue sea before your eyes. Surrounding the lake, fields of rapeseed and lavender, seagulls in the sky, and pebble-lined shores create a breathtaking scene. Qinghai Lake resembles a sapphire embedded in the plateau, with the shape of Qinghai Province resembling a jade rabbit.


After the visit, transfer to Chaka/Ulan and check in at the hotel to rest.

Qinghai is located on the plateau with strong ultraviolet radiation. It is recommended to use sunscreen with SPF 30 or above.


Please do not participate in activities such as horseback riding, archery, or beach motorbiking on your own. These are small-scale businesses operated by local ethnic minorities and may involve certain risks.


In the afternoon, depart to visit [Chaka Salt Lake] (entry ticket included, electric car and train tickets at your own expense). “Chaka” is a Tibetan word meaning “salt pond.” It has been listed by National Geographic Traveler as one of the “55 Places You Must Visit in Your Lifetime.” The sky above Chaka is exceptionally clear, set against a white backdrop. More than a “mirror of the sky,” it feels like an illusion, where the horizon blends into one line. Such purity is rare in the real world—stark white and utterly pristine. Look up, and you see a blue sky above; look down, and another blue sky lies beneath your feet. It’s hard to tell whether the sky is reflected in the lake or the lake has melted into the sky. The salt lake presents a scene with no birds in the sky, no grass on the ground, and no fish in the water.

Bring wet wipes to wipe off the salt crystals that may stick to your feet after stepping into the lake.

Apply sunscreen and take protective measures, as the ultraviolet radiation is strong on the salt lake.

Bring sunglasses and a sunhat. The white salt crystals reflect strong light, which can be harsh on the eyes.

Shoe covers can be rented inside the scenic area. Avoid the black sinkholes in the lake to prevent falling or injuring your legs.

After the visit, proceed to Chaka/Ulan to check in at the hotel and rest.

早餐後乘車出發前往察爾汗鹽湖。察爾汗鹽湖位於中國青海省西部，柴達木盆地南部，地跨格爾木市和都蘭縣，由達布遜湖以及南霍布遜、北霍布遜、澀聶等鹽池匯聚而成，總面積達5856平方公里。格爾木河、柴達木河等多條內流河注入該湖。由於水分不斷蒸發，鹽湖表面形成堅硬的鹽蓋，青藏鐵路和青藏公路直接修建於鹽蓋之上。察爾汗鹽湖蘊藏豐富的氯化鈉、氯化鉀、氯化鎂等無機鹽，總儲量達20億噸，是中國重要的礦業基地之一。


​After breakfast, depart by vehicle to visit the Qarhan Salt Lake. Located in the western part of Qinghai Province, China, south of the Qaidam Basin, the lake spans Golmud City and Dulan County. It is formed by the convergence of Dabuxun Lake and other salt ponds such as South Huobuxun, North Huobuxun, and Senie, covering a total area of 5,856 square kilometers. Several inland rivers, including the Golmud River and the Qaidam River, flow into the lake. Due to continuous evaporation, a hard salt crust has formed on the surface of the lake, upon which the Qinghai–Tibet Railway and Qinghai–Tibet Highway are directly built. The Qarhan Salt Lake is rich in inorganic salts such as sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and magnesium chloride, with total reserves reaching 2 billion tons, making it one of China's important mining bases.

​After breakfast, we will drive through the Qaidam Basin, a key passage of the Qinghai–Tibet Railway and a must-pass section of the Qinghai–Tibet route. Along the way, you will experience the vast, sparsely populated, and strikingly desolate landscape of northwest China. The scenery here rivals that of the famous U.S. Route 66 and has served as a stunning backdrop for numerous films.

Next, we will visit the mysterious abandoned Kazakh old town – Aksay Oil Town, the filming location for movies like Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe and Wind Blast.

Afterward, we will head to the International Desert Camping Base. Here, you can freely take photos, enjoy the sunset and silhouettes, indulge in sand sliding, and experience desert motorcycles. The fun continues with desert KTV and BBQ. As night falls, a bonfire party, dazzling fireworks, and brilliant stars light up the desert sky, creating a vibrant and unforgettable evening. You will spend the night in a desert camp tent!

Afterward, explore the desert wonders of Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake (free exploration time). 遠觀【海市蜃樓】——【無界】，它由一座「主殿」和四座「闕樓」構成，名曰《無界》。在這戈壁荒漠中，實屬一處難得的景致。

隨後乘車前往敦煌，車覽【漢武帝雕塑】。雕塑塑造了漢武帝的光輝形象，作品風格遠承漢唐之雄偉氣韻，質樸無華的美學追求與蒼茫的戈壁相統一。


途中經過瓜州，隊友們可以在這裡休息。我們會請大家品嚐哈密瓜，在炎炎夏日為大家解暑。這裡的西瓜和哈密瓜格外香甜。

遠觀【嘉峪關城樓】（不含門票），嘉峪關坐落於地勢最高的嘉峪山上，城關兩翼的城牆橫穿沙漠和戈壁，向北8公里連接黑山懸壁長城，向南7公里連接天下第一墩，是現代萬里長城西端的主宰，自古為河西第一隘口。


下午前往欣賞獨具特色的西北景致——電影《長城》《三槍拍案驚奇》取景地【張掖七彩丹霞】（含景區門票，不含景區電瓶車）。張掖的丹霞地貌發育於距今約200萬年的前侏羅紀至第三紀。數以千計的懸崖山巒全部呈現出鮮豔的丹紅色和紅褐色，造型奇特、色彩斑斕、氣勢磅礡。進入景區需乘坐區間車前往各處觀景台，觀賞奇特的地貌，拍攝雄偉壯觀的火燒丹霞。

After breakfast, we will drive to Guazhou to unveil the mystery of "Child of the Earth." Here, you can reconnect with your inner self. Just as humans are children of Mother Earth, we find peace only in her embrace. This sculpture aims to raise awareness about protecting our planet. Together, we will recite the poem "Child of the Earth": "Heaven nurtures me, Earth gives me life; I kneel in my mother's embrace..."

In the distance, we will see the mirage-like installation "Boundless" (海市蜃楼-无界), composed of a "main hall" and four "watchtowers." Named Boundless, it is a rare artistic sight in the vast Gobi Desert.


We will then continue to Dunhuang, passing by the Emperor Wu of Han Sculpture. The statue captures the grandeur of Emperor Wu, blending the majestic artistic style of the Han and Tang dynasties with the desolate beauty of the Gobi.


Along the way, we will stop in Guazhou for a break. We will treat everyone to Hami melon, a refreshing summer delight. The watermelons and Hami melons here are exceptionally sweet.


We will also view the Jiayuguan Fortress (ticket not included) from afar. Perched on the highest point of Jiayu Mountain, the fortress walls stretch across the desert and Gobi—8 km north to the Heishan Cliff Great Wall and 7 km south to the First Beacon Tower of the Great Wall. As the western stronghold of the Great Wall, it has been the first strategic pass in the Hexi Corridor since ancient times.


In the afternoon, we will visit the unique northwestern landscape—the Zhangye Danxia Landform (ticket included, electric car not included), a filming location for movies like The Great Wall and A Woman, a Gun and a Noodle Shop. The Danxia landform in Zhangye dates back to the Early Jurassic to the Tertiary period, about 2 million years ago. Thousands of cliff mountains display vibrant red and reddish-brown hues, forming spectacular, colorful, and imposing scenery. Visitors will take shuttle buses to various viewing platforms to admire the奇特 landforms and capture the majestic "flaming Danxia."

早餐後，乘車途經民樂【扁都口】。在綿延起伏的祁連山脈中段，有一處貫通南北的山口，即被古人稱為「大斗拔谷」的險關要隘——扁都口。扁都口海拔3500多米，南通祁連縣峨堡鎮，北達甘肅民樂炒麵莊，地勢險要、山勢峻峨，自古以來便是兵家必爭之地，也是商旅通行的重要通道之一。227國道穿谷而過，時而盤旋百折沖上峰頂，時而俯衝萬轉撲入峽谷。


隨後乘車參觀【祁連大草原】（遊覽時間約30分鐘），欣賞中國最美的六大草原之一——祁連大草原。途中乘車翻越扁都口，飽覽祁連草原美景，穿越祁連山脈。


抵達門源【達坂山觀景台】，遠眺【門源萬畝油菜花田】。這裡展現出極具高原特色的田園風光，作為青海油菜基地，金燦燦的油菜花賦予此地「門源油，滿街流」的美譽。

門源油菜花海花期約為7月初至8月初，其他時間無法安排遊覽油菜花景觀。

After breakfast, we will drive through Biandukou in Minle County. Located in the midsection of the rolling Qilian Mountains, Biandukou is a north-south mountain pass historically known as the strategic stronghold “Dadouba Valley.” With an altitude of over 3,500 meters, it connects Ebao Town in Qilian County to the south and Chaomian Village in Minle, Gansu, to the north. Steep and precipitous, it has been a contested military site since ancient times and a vital passage for trade caravans. National Highway 227 winds through the valley, sometimes zigzagging up to the peaks, sometimes plunging into the canyon.


Next, we will visit the Qilian Grassland (approx. 30 minutes), one of China’s six most beautiful grasslands. Along the way, we will cross Biandukou, enjoying the stunning views of the Qilian Grassland and traversing the Qilian Mountain range.


We will then arrive at the Daban Mountain Viewing Platform in Menyuan, overlooking the Vast Rape Flower Fields of Menyuan. This area showcases the distinctive pastoral landscape of the plateau and serves as a major rapeseed production base in Qinghai. The golden rape flowers have earned Menyuan the reputation of “Menyuan oil flowing through every street.”

【Child Fee Explanation】

5、當地風俗：絲綢之路沿線多是少數民族聚居區，特別是新疆、甘肅、青海、寧夏省區多為穆斯林聚居區，宗教色彩濃厚，信仰伊斯蘭教，所以遊覽期間，請配合司機工作，服從安排，尊重當地少數民族風俗習慣。

9、如遇火車晚點，不能及時參團走行程的客人，我社安排小車追行程團隊，費用需客人自理。

【食】
1、西北團隊餐主要以牛羊肉為主，口味偏重，較辣；主食以麪食、花捲為主。
2、西北大部分地區氣候乾燥，為增強抵抗力應加強蔬菜水果攝入，切忌無節制地食用羊肉，建議多喝水，吃水果要少食多餐。另為預防腸胃不適，請自備常用藥品。
3、藏區的酥油茶之類食品不太適合內地人腸胃，不能多吃。當地有待客的酥油茶空碗必重新添滿的習俗，故建議始終保持碗內酥油茶三分之二滿，如此既不傷害藏族感情又保護自己，建議攜帶黃連素之類止瀉藥。
4、青海、寧夏、新疆的許多地方都是各族穆斯林聚居區，在任何清真餐廳就餐注意不要帶入非牛羊肉的外食，不要飲酒，儘量不要浪費食品。

【住】
1、如住宿藏族帳篷一定注意防潮，在牀鋪與地面間應當有隔潮層，如無專業防潮墊可以塑料布等代替。
2、如參觀穆斯林家庭，不經允許不要擅自進入廚房，穆斯林的廚房一般不歡迎非穆斯林參觀，也不要進入主人特別是女主人的房間。宗教器物不要觸碰。在穆斯林家庭飲食要隨同清真標準。
3、西北地區晝夜溫差大，晚上睡覺時應注意保暖，睡覺時蓋棉被，以免造成身體不適。

【行】
1、城市間路途較遠，景點較分散，故乘車時間較長，請您做好吃苦準備，備好暈車藥，旅遊車大部分為全封閉車。
2、西北較為乾燥，請隨時注意補充水分，多飲水，紫外線強烈，請備口罩，防曬霜，太陽眼鏡等物品。夏季同時應配備清熱、防暑的藥物或沖劑。如夏桑菊沖劑、十滴水等。
3、在西北旅遊時 ，部分景點須您下車體驗行走、爬山或親自騎馬、騎駱駝的樂趣。所以 ，建議您最好在出發前準備一雙舒適合腳、 便於行走的鞋 ，最好是平底鞋/運動鞋。

【游】
1、西北地區少數民族聚居，請遊客入鄉隨俗，尊重少數民族習俗。請聽從導遊的安排，不要提及少數民族羣眾忌諱的話題。
2、騎馬、騎駱駝時請注意人身安全，不要站在馬屁股後面 ，不要在騎馬的過程中驚嚇馬匹。
3、西北景點人文景觀較多 ，請注意聽導遊講解。
4、寺院或廟宇殿堂裏的佛像嚴禁拍照 ，請注意寺院門前的注意事項。

【購】
1、購買物品時一定要注意 ，儘量不要發生口角。西部地區少數民族羣眾性格比較直爽 ，遊客購物時 ，請先商議妥價格後再購買。不要駐足觀看 ，對於自己確定要購買再討價還價。
2、出遊過程中 ，如遇不可抗力因素造成景點未能正常遊玩 ，導遊經與您協商一致後可根據實際情況取消或更換該景點 ，或由導遊在現場按旅遊產品中的門票價退還費用（退費不以景區掛牌價為準） ，敬請諒解！

3、客人參加自費娛樂活動 ，須認真聽從導遊囑咐的安全及活動注意事項 ，在沙漠活動時 ，請帶上礦泉水、太陽鏡、太陽帽等用品 ，並請將您的手錶、手機、照相機等裝入隨身攜帶的包內密封 ，以免細沙進入其中 ，對精密儀器造成不必要的損壞 ，如進行水上活動時 ，請保管好自己的財物 ，避免物品掉落水中。

2、The travel distances between attractions, sightseeing durations, train departure times, flight departure times, etc., listed in the itinerary are for reference only. 4、Regarding accommodation standards: Northwest China is a less developed region. Hotel hardware facilities and service awareness are relatively backward and cannot be measured by the standards of developed areas. Due to occasional oversights by hotel staff, some rooms may have quality issues. We will try our best to coordinate with the hotel for a room change. Guests are requested to assist and comply with the hotel arrangements with the principle of minimizing losses. Complaints or disputes regarding hotel standards raised after the trip are not accepted. Any objections to accommodation must be raised before check-in.

5、Local customs: The Silk Road route encompasses many ethnic minority areas, especially in Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai, and Ningxia, which are predominantly Muslim communities with strong religious influence and Islamic faith. During the tour, please cooperate with the driver, follow arrangements, and respect local ethnic minority customs and habits.

6、Due to the vast territory of Northwest China, travel times between attractions can be long. Please plan your rest time accordingly to ensure sufficient energy for activities. Wearing comfortable, breathable shoes can also save you unnecessary trouble during the journey.

7、Refund policy: Fees will not be refunded for voluntarily waived local attractions, meals, accommodation, or complimentary items. As the itinerary price is a group rate, for any ticket discounts obtained at attractions, we will refund guests the difference between the discounted price we pay and the actual discount received. Guests holding senior citizen cards, military officer certificates, disability certificates, etc., must inform us in advance to apply for discounts. No refunds will be provided for discounts claimed after ticket purchase.

8、Written documentation: All written documents and tourist feedback forms signed during the tour will be deemed by us as expressions of your free will. Any objections to the content must be raised before signing.

9、If a train delay causes guests to miss the scheduled start of the tour, we will arrange a car to catch up with the group. The cost must be borne by the guests.


[Food]

1、Group meals in Northwest China mainly consist of beef and mutton, with a preference for strong and spicy flavors. Staple foods include noodles and steamed buns.

2、Most areas in Northwest China are dry. To boost immunity, increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Avoid excessive consumption of mutton. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits in smaller, more frequent portions. Bring your own common medicines to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort.

3、Tibetan foods like butter tea may not suit the digestion of inland visitors; consume them in moderation. There is a local custom of refilling empty butter tea bowls for guests. It is recommended to keep the bowl about two-thirds full—this respects Tibetan hospitality while protecting yourself. Consider carrying antidiarrheal medicine like berberine.

4、Many areas in Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang are inhabited by Muslim ethnic groups. When dining at any halal restaurant, do not bring outside food (except beef or mutton), do not consume alcohol, and try to avoid wasting food.


[Accommodation]

1、If staying in a Tibetan tent, pay attention to moisture protection. A moisture barrier should be placed between the bedding and the ground; a plastic sheet can substitute for a professional moisture-proof pad.

2、When visiting a Muslim family, do not enter the kitchen without permission, as it is generally not open to non-Muslims. Also, avoid entering the host's rooms, especially the hostess's room. Do not touch religious objects. Follow halal dietary standards when eating in a Muslim family.

3、Northwest China experiences significant temperature differences between day and night. Keep warm when sleeping by using a quilt to prevent discomfort.


[Transportation]

1、Distances between cities are long, and attractions are scattered, resulting in extended travel times. Please be prepared for this, bring motion sickness medicine if needed, and note that most tourist coaches are fully enclosed.

2、Northwest China is relatively dry. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. UV radiation is strong, so bring masks, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. In summer, also carry heat-clearing and heatstroke-prevention medicines or preparations, such as Xia Sang Ju granules or Shi Di Shui.

3、During your tour in Northwest China, some attractions require you to get off the vehicle to walk, hike, or ride horses or camels. Therefore, it is recommended to bring a pair of comfortable, well-fitting, and walkable shoes—preferably flats or sports shoes.


[Sightseeing]

1、Northwest China is home to many ethnic minorities. Please respect local customs and follow the guide's arrangements. Avoid topics that are taboo among ethnic minority groups.

2、Pay attention to personal safety when riding horses or camels. Do not stand behind a horse or startle it during the ride.

3、Many attractions in Northwest China feature cultural and historical sites. Please listen carefully to the guide's explanations.

4、Photography of Buddha statues inside temples or monastery halls is strictly prohibited. Please note any instructions posted at temple entrances.


[Shopping]

1、Be cautious when shopping and try to avoid arguments. Ethnic minorities in western regions tend to be straightforward. When shopping, agree on the price before purchasing. Do not linger over items you are not sure about; bargain only if you intend to buy.

2、If an attraction cannot be visited due to force majeure during the tour, the guide may, after consulting with you, cancel or replace the attraction or refund the ticket price listed in the tour product on-site (the refund is not based on the attraction's listed ticket price). Your understanding is appreciated.

3、Before departing for other attractions, it is recommended to stock up on sufficient film, batteries, food, medicine, and other supplies.


[Entertainment]

1、During the tour, it is advised not to go out alone.

2、Desert areas are vast with few clear landmarks. Please follow the guide's arrangements and avoid wandering off.

3、When participating in optional entertainment activities, guests must carefully follow the safety instructions and activity precautions provided by the guide. During desert activities, bring items such as mineral water, sunglasses, and sun hats. Seal your watch, mobile phone, camera, etc., in your carry-on bag to prevent fine sand from entering and damaging precision instruments. During water activities, take care of your belongings to prevent them from falling into the water.
