西藏旅游

1、門票：張掖七彩丹霞、嘉峪關城樓、鳴沙山、莫高窟（應急票）四大景點首道門票；不含景區內小交通費用；

2、住宿：當地準四星標準酒店 3 晚；

3、用餐：全程含 3 次早餐，正餐自理，可 AA 制。天南海北遊客口味不一，把美食選擇權留給大家，豐儉由己，原則是不奢侈也不艱苦，酒店含早如不使用亦不退費；

4、用車：5-7-9 座車型，每人限攜帶 1 個不大於 24 吋的常規行李箱；

5、導服：安排司機兼職嚮導（不提供景區講解服務），協助購買門票事宜；

6、交通：蘭州-張掖（動車）、敦煌-蘭州（硬臥火車）；

7、保險：我社已承保旅行社責任險，強烈建議客人自行購買旅遊意外險；

8、兒童：兒童指 12 周歲以下且身高 1.2 米以下，僅含旅遊目的地車位費；其他均不含（不含住宿、早餐、門票、蘭州/張掖西動車票、敦煌/蘭州火車硬臥等），未含費用敬請自理；

備註：4 人以上按原計劃一車全程服務；4 人及以下，張掖至嘉峪關區間改乘動車，嘉峪關至敦煌段乘坐汽車大巴，服務標準不變。

1、Tickets: First-entry tickets for four major attractions: Zhangye Danxia Landform, Jiayuguan Fortress, Mingsha Mountain, and Mogao Caves (emergency ticket); excludes small transportation fees within scenic areas.

2、Accommodation: 3 nights at local four-star equivalent hotels.

3、Meals: Includes 3 breakfasts throughout the trip; lunch and dinner are self-arranged (can be shared among participants). As travelers have diverse tastes, food choices are left to individuals—spend as you prefer, following the principle of "no extravagance, no hardship." Hotel breakfasts are non-refundable if unused.

5、Transport: 5-7-9 seater vehicles; each passenger may carry up to 1 regular suitcase no larger than 24 inches.

5、Guide Services: Driver serves as part-time guide (no detailed scenic area commentary provided), assisting with ticket purchases.

6、Transportation: Lanzhou–Zhangye (bullet train), Dunhuang–Lanzhou (hard sleeper train).

7、Insurance: Our agency has purchased travel agency liability insurance. It is strongly recommended that guests purchase personal travel accident insurance separately.

8、Children: Children under 12 years old and under 1.2 meters tall only include seat fees for destination transport. All other items are excluded (no accommodation, breakfast, attraction tickets, Lanzhou/Zhangye West bullet train tickets, Dunhuang/Lanzhou hard sleeper train tickets, etc.). Excluded expenses are to be covered individually.

Note: For groups of 4 or more, the original plan of one vehicle throughout the journey applies. For groups of 4 or fewer, bullet trains will be used between Zhangye and Jiayuguan, and coach buses between Jiayuguan and Dunhuang, with service standards unchanged.

3、單房差：全程入住標間，如出現單男單女，盡量安排與其他同性團友拼房；如不願拼房或未拼房，請補齊單房差以享用整個房間；

4、兒童費用：含全程大巴車費、保險，不含門票及住宿。兒童如需佔床需補單房差及門票費用；

5、部分景區小交通：鳴沙山（可騎駱駝、可騎沙灘摩托）、嘉峪關電瓶車、張掖七彩丹霞電瓶車或大巴車；

6、不可抗力費用：因交通延誤、罷工、天氣、飛機機械故障、航班取消或更改時間等不可抗力原因導致的費用；

7、個人消費：酒店內洗衣、理髮、電話、傳真、收費電視、飲品、煙酒等個人消費產生的費用；

8、其他未含項目：當地參加的自費項目以及“費用包含”中未包含的其他項目！

1、Meal Expenses: Breakfast is included throughout the trip. Lunch and dinner are self-arranged or shared among participants. As travelers have diverse tastes, food choices are left to individuals—spend as you prefer, following the principle of "no extravagance, no hardship."

2、Optional Tickets and Entertainment Fees: Reference prices for main scenic area activities, special dining, and cultural performances:
(1) Jiayuguan Fortress shuttle bus: 15 RMB/person/one-way; Mingsha Mountain camel riding: starting from 100 RMB/person; sand-proof shoe cover rental: 15 RMB/person; Mingsha Mountain shuttle bus: 10 RMB/person/one-way.
(2) Performances: Dunhuang Spectacular starting from 238 RMB/person; See Dunhuang Again starting from 318 RMB/person; Silk Road Flower Rain starting from 238 RMB/person.
(3) Dining: Whole roasted lamb starting from 1,880 RMB/whole; Dunhuang-style banquet starting from 1,680 RMB/table (for 10 people).

3、Single Room Supplement: Twin rooms are provided throughout the trip. In case of an odd number of male or female participants, we will try to arrange sharing with a same-gender roommate. If sharing is declined or unavailable, a single room supplement must be paid to occupy the entire room.

4、Children’s Fees: Include coach transportation and insurance for the entire journey, but exclude attraction tickets and accommodation. If a child requires a bed, single room supplement and ticket fees must be covered.

5、Partial Scenic Area Transportation: Mingsha Mountain (camel riding or ATV riding available), Jiayuguan electric cart, Zhangye Danxia electric cart or shuttle bus.

6、Force Majeure Expenses: Costs incurred due to transportation delays, strikes, weather conditions, aircraft mechanical failures, flight cancellations or schedule changes, and other force majeure reasons.

7、Personal Expenses: Costs arising from personal consumption, such as laundry, haircuts, telephone, fax, pay-TV, beverages, alcohol, and tobacco in hotels.

8、Other Exclusions: Optional activities locally and other items not included in the "Inclusions" section.

一、網上預訂流程

二、定制預訂流程​

1.致電客服：撥打我們的客服專線，告知您欲預訂的產品或行程需求。

2.專人協助：客服人員將為您確認產品詳情、可預訂日期、價格及相關細則。

3.提供資料：請告知客服您的個人資訊、參與人數、出發日期等，以便建立訂單。

​預訂須知

1、本行程內的時間節點由相關地圖軟件計算得出，未考慮堵車、不可抗力、車型、車況等因素。
2、行程中所列景區區間路程、遊覽時間、火車開車時間、飛機起飛時間等僅供參考，以票面、當時查詢、實際發生為準。旅行社和司機可根據當時情況調整旅遊行程順序，但保證行程所列景點項目不變。若遇人力不可抗拒的因素造成景點去不成，恕我社只負責退還門票的差額，不承擔由此造成的其它損失。
3、關於參考酒店：本社盡力安排行程內標注的參考酒店，如遇政府徵用、旺季房滿等情況，將安排不低於原檔次的本地域或臨近地區的其他酒店，請諒解。
4、關於住宿標準：西北屬於欠發達地區，酒店的硬件設施及服務意識相對落後，無法用發達地區的標準衡量。個別酒店因酒店工作人員疏忽，安排的個別房間或許會出現質量問題，我社會盡力協調酒店方進行更換房間，請客人本着減少損失的原則，協助服從酒店安排；我社不接受旅遊歸來後對酒店標準等方面提出的投訴和質疑，對酒店住宿有異議的請務必在入住前提出異議。
5、當地風俗：絲綢之路沿線多是少數民族聚居區，特別是新疆、甘肅、青海、寧夏省區多為穆斯林聚居區，宗教色彩濃厚，信仰伊斯蘭教，所以遊覽期間，請配合司機工作，服從安排，尊重當地少數民族風俗習慣。
6、西北地區由於地域遼闊，景點之間車程較長，請遊客在來西北旅遊時注意休息調配好時間，以充足的體力參加旅遊活動。另外穿一雙合腳、透氣性好的鞋，可以為您的旅途省去不必要的麻煩。
7、退費說明：如自願放棄當地景點、用餐、住宿及贈送項目其費用不退還。因行程報價為團體報價，在景區產生的門票優惠部分，我社一律按照旅行社門票折扣價格與優惠部分折算後的差價退予客人。客人持有老年證、軍官證、殘疾證等請提前說明，以便提前申請減免，購票後再說明的費用一律不退。
8、書面證明：行程遊覽過程中，您簽署的所有書面證明和遊客意見單，我社均默認為是您意思的自由表達，對簽字部分有異議的請務必在簽字前提出。
9、如遇火車晚點，不能及時參團走行程的客人，我社安排小車追行程團隊，費用需客人自理。

【食】
1、西北團隊餐主要以牛羊肉為主，口味偏重，較辣；主食以麪食、花捲為主。
2、西北大部分地區氣候乾燥，為增強抵抗力應加強蔬菜水果攝入，切忌無節制地食用羊肉，建議多喝水，吃水果要少食多餐。另為預防腸胃不適，請自備常用藥品。
3、藏區的酥油茶之類食品不太適合內地人腸胃，不能多吃。當地有待客的酥油茶空碗必重新添滿的習俗，故建議始終保持碗內酥油茶三分之二滿，如此既不傷害藏族感情又保護自己，建議攜帶黃連素之類止瀉藥。
4、青海、寧夏、新疆的許多地方都是各族穆斯林聚居區，在任何清真餐廳就餐注意不要帶入非牛羊肉的外食，不要飲酒，儘量不要浪費食品。

【住】
1、如住宿藏族帳篷一定注意防潮，在牀鋪與地面間應當有隔潮層，如無專業防潮墊可以塑料布等代替。
2、如參觀穆斯林家庭，不經允許不要擅自進入廚房，穆斯林的廚房一般不歡迎非穆斯林參觀，也不要進入主人特別是女主人的房間。宗教器物不要觸碰。在穆斯林家庭飲食要隨同清真標準。
3、西北地區晝夜溫差大，晚上睡覺時應注意保暖，睡覺時蓋棉被，以免造成身體不適。

【行】
1、城市間路途較遠，景點較分散，故乘車時間較長，請您做好吃苦準備，備好暈車藥，旅遊車大部分為全封閉車。
2、西北較為乾燥，請隨時注意補充水分，多飲水，紫外線強烈，請備口罩，防曬霜，太陽眼鏡等物品。夏季同時應配備清熱、防暑的藥物或沖劑。如夏桑菊沖劑、十滴水等。
3、在西北旅遊時 ，部分景點須您下車體驗行走、爬山或親自騎馬、騎駱駝的樂趣。所以 ，建議您最好在出發前準備一雙舒適合腳、 便於行走的鞋 ，最好是平底鞋/運動鞋。

【游】
1、西北地區少數民族聚居，請遊客入鄉隨俗，尊重少數民族習俗。請聽從導遊的安排，不要提及少數民族羣眾忌諱的話題。
2、騎馬、騎駱駝時請注意人身安全，不要站在馬屁股後面 ，不要在騎馬的過程中驚嚇馬匹。
3、西北景點人文景觀較多 ，請注意聽導遊講解。
4、寺院或廟宇殿堂裏的佛像嚴禁拍照 ，請注意寺院門前的注意事項。

【購】
1、購買物品時一定要注意 ，儘量不要發生口角。西部地區少數民族羣眾性格比較直爽 ，遊客購物時 ，請先商議妥價格後再購買。不要駐足觀看 ，對於自己確定要購買再討價還價。
2、出遊過程中 ，如遇不可抗力因素造成景點未能正常遊玩 ，導遊經與您協商一致後可根據實際情況取消或更換該景點 ，或由導遊在現場按旅遊產品中的門票價退還費用（退費不以景區掛牌價為準） ，敬請諒解！
3、在出發前往其他景點之前建議購買足夠的膠卷、電池、食品、藥品之類儲備。

【娛】
1、旅遊過程當中建議大家不要單獨外出。
2、沙漠面積較大 ，沒有明顯路標 ，請聽從導遊安排 ，不要亂走。
3、客人參加自費娛樂活動 ，須認真聽從導遊囑咐的安全及活動注意事項 ，在沙漠活動時 ，請帶上礦泉水、太陽鏡、太陽帽等用品 ，並請將您的手錶、手機、照相機等裝入隨身攜帶的包內密封 ，以免細沙進入其中 ，對精密儀器造成不必要的損壞 ，如進行水上活動時 ，請保管好自己的財物 ，避免物品掉落水中。

Booking Notes

1、The time estimates in this itinerary are calculated by relevant mapping software and do not account for factors such as traffic congestion, force majeure events, vehicle type, or vehicle condition.

2、The travel distances between attractions, sightseeing durations, train departure times, flight departure times, etc., listed in the itinerary are for reference only. Actual times are subject to the printed tickets, real-time inquiries, and on-the-ground circumstances. The travel agency and driver may adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary as needed but guarantee that all listed attractions will be included. If attractions cannot be visited due to force majeure, the agency will only refund the price difference of the tickets and will not be liable for any other losses incurred.

3、Regarding reference hotels: We will make every effort to arrange the hotels listed as references in the itinerary. In cases of government requisition, peak-season unavailability, etc., alternative hotels of comparable or higher standard in the same or nearby areas will be arranged. Your understanding is appreciated.

4、Regarding accommodation standards: Northwest China is a less developed region. Hotel hardware facilities and service awareness are relatively backward and cannot be measured by the standards of developed areas. Due to occasional oversights by hotel staff, some rooms may have quality issues. We will try our best to coordinate with the hotel for a room change. Guests are requested to assist and comply with the hotel arrangements with the principle of minimizing losses. Complaints or disputes regarding hotel standards raised after the trip are not accepted. Any objections to accommodation must be raised before check-in.

5、Local customs: The Silk Road route encompasses many ethnic minority areas, especially in Xinjiang, Gansu, Qinghai, and Ningxia, which are predominantly Muslim communities with strong religious influence and Islamic faith. During the tour, please cooperate with the driver, follow arrangements, and respect local ethnic minority customs and habits.

6、Due to the vast territory of Northwest China, travel times between attractions can be long. Please plan your rest time accordingly to ensure sufficient energy for activities. Wearing comfortable, breathable shoes can also save you unnecessary trouble during the journey.

7、Refund policy: Fees will not be refunded for voluntarily waived local attractions, meals, accommodation, or complimentary items. As the itinerary price is a group rate, for any ticket discounts obtained at attractions, we will refund guests the difference between the discounted price we pay and the actual discount received. Guests holding senior citizen cards, military officer certificates, disability certificates, etc., must inform us in advance to apply for discounts. No refunds will be provided for discounts claimed after ticket purchase.

8、Written documentation: All written documents and tourist feedback forms signed during the tour will be deemed by us as expressions of your free will. Any objections to the content must be raised before signing.

9、If a train delay causes guests to miss the scheduled start of the tour, we will arrange a car to catch up with the group. The cost must be borne by the guests.

[Food]

1、Group meals in Northwest China mainly consist of beef and mutton, with a preference for strong and spicy flavors. Staple foods include noodles and steamed buns.

2、Most areas in Northwest China are dry. To boost immunity, increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Avoid excessive consumption of mutton. Drink plenty of water and eat fruits in smaller, more frequent portions. Bring your own common medicines to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort.

3、Tibetan foods like butter tea may not suit the digestion of inland visitors; consume them in moderation. There is a local custom of refilling empty butter tea bowls for guests. It is recommended to keep the bowl about two-thirds full—this respects Tibetan hospitality while protecting yourself. Consider carrying antidiarrheal medicine like berberine.

4、Many areas in Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang are inhabited by Muslim ethnic groups. When dining at any halal restaurant, do not bring outside food (except beef or mutton), do not consume alcohol, and try to avoid wasting food.

[Accommodation]

1、If staying in a Tibetan tent, pay attention to moisture protection. A moisture barrier should be placed between the bedding and the ground; a plastic sheet can substitute for a professional moisture-proof pad.

2、When visiting a Muslim family, do not enter the kitchen without permission, as it is generally not open to non-Muslims. Also, avoid entering the host's rooms, especially the hostess's room. Do not touch religious objects. Follow halal dietary standards when eating in a Muslim family.

3、Northwest China experiences significant temperature differences between day and night. Keep warm when sleeping by using a quilt to prevent discomfort.

[Transportation]

1、Distances between cities are long, and attractions are scattered, resulting in extended travel times. Please be prepared for this, bring motion sickness medicine if needed, and note that most tourist coaches are fully enclosed.

2、Northwest China is relatively dry. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. UV radiation is strong, so bring masks, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. In summer, also carry heat-clearing and heatstroke-prevention medicines or preparations, such as Xia Sang Ju granules or Shi Di Shui.

3、During your tour in Northwest China, some attractions require you to get off the vehicle to walk, hike, or ride horses or camels. Therefore, it is recommended to bring a pair of comfortable, well-fitting, and walkable shoes—preferably flats or sports shoes.

[Sightseeing]

1、Northwest China is home to many ethnic minorities. Please respect local customs and follow the guide's arrangements. Avoid topics that are taboo among ethnic minority groups.

2、Pay attention to personal safety when riding horses or camels. Do not stand behind a horse or startle it during the ride.

3、Many attractions in Northwest China feature cultural and historical sites. Please listen carefully to the guide's explanations.

4、Photography of Buddha statues inside temples or monastery halls is strictly prohibited. Please note any instructions posted at temple entrances.

[Shopping]

1、Be cautious when shopping and try to avoid arguments. Ethnic minorities in western regions tend to be straightforward. When shopping, agree on the price before purchasing. Do not linger over items you are not sure about; bargain only if you intend to buy.

2、If an attraction cannot be visited due to force majeure during the tour, the guide may, after consulting with you, cancel or replace the attraction or refund the ticket price listed in the tour product on-site (the refund is not based on the attraction's listed ticket price). Your understanding is appreciated.

3、Before departing for other attractions, it is recommended to stock up on sufficient film, batteries, food, medicine, and other supplies.

[Entertainment]

1、During the tour, it is advised not to go out alone.

2、Desert areas are vast with few clear landmarks. Please follow the guide's arrangements and avoid wandering off.

3、When participating in optional entertainment activities, guests must carefully follow the safety instructions and activity precautions provided by the guide. During desert activities, bring items such as mineral water, sunglasses, and sun hats. Seal your watch, mobile phone, camera, etc., in your carry-on bag to prevent fine sand from entering and damaging precision instruments. During water activities, take care of your belongings to prevent them from falling into the water.
