甘南旅遊線路｜拉蔔楞寺+郎木寺+蓮寶葉則+紮尕那+黃河第一灣深度人文之旅6天5晚旅遊

早上出發，前往【甘加秘境景區】（景區參觀3.5小時，門票自理）。甘加秘境包括八角古城、白石崖溶洞、白石崖寺。這片被時光遺忘的秘境，隱藏在甘南草原深處，既有廣袤無垠的草原，又有神秘莫測的古城與溶洞，是自然與歷史的完美交融。

八角古城：一座千年古城，呈十字形，八個城墩呈八角，是古時青甘重要的軍事重鎮，至今保存完整。漫步其中，仿佛能聽到歷史的回響。

白石崖溶洞：溶洞保留原始狀態，需手腳並用攀爬，出口處被稱為“閻王洞”，具有濃厚的信仰色彩。

白石崖寺：千年佛教古刹，擁有豐富的藏傳佛教建築和文獻資源，是修行者的聖地。

草原風光：景區內有廣闊的草原，可欣賞到土撥鼠等可愛動物，感受大自然的靈動與生機。

甘加秘境因當地地理環境、天氣、政府政策等原因，常發生臨時關閉或遊客無法進入等情況，故門票不包含在行程內。景區門口購票方便，司導會協助辦理。

後前往【拉卜楞寺景區】（景區參觀2小時）。拉卜楞寺不僅是藏傳佛教的聖地，更是一座充滿文化底蘊的古城。寺院建築群規模宏大，風格獨特，金碧輝煌的佛殿、莊嚴肅穆的佛塔，每一處都彰顯著藏傳佛教的莊嚴。寺外有世界上最長的轉經筒長廊，順時針轉一圈約需1小時，可感受信徒虔誠的信仰。寺內有六大學院，可參觀佛殿中的銅雕、木雕等佛像，每一尊都仿佛訴說著古老的故事。之後前往夏河入住休息。

【特別提示】
景區內景觀豐富，建議穿著舒適的鞋子，注意防曬和保暖。海拔約2800米，請勿劇烈運動，以防高原反應。寺院為佛教聖地，著裝請勿過於暴露，尊重當地民族信仰。

Depart in the morning for the Ganjia Secret Scenic Area (visit duration: 3.5 hours, tickets at own expense). Ganjia Secret includes Octagonal Ancient City, White Cliff Karst Cave, and White Cliff Temple. This forgotten land, hidden deep in the grasslands of Gannan, features vast grasslands, mysterious ancient ruins, and karst caves—a perfect blend of nature and history.

Octagonal Ancient City: A thousand-year-old ancient city in the shape of a cross with eight corner watchtowers. It was an important military stronghold in ancient Qinghai-Gansu and remains well-preserved today. Walking through it feels like hearing echoes of history.

White Cliff Karst Cave: The cave retains its primitive state and requires climbing with hands and feet. The exit is known as the "King of Hell Cave," carrying strong religious symbolism.

White Cliff Temple: A thousand-year-old Buddhist temple with rich resources of Tibetan Buddhist architecture and scriptures, making it a sacred place for practitioners.

Grassland Scenery: The scenic area boasts expansive grasslands where you can spot adorable animals like marmots and experience the vitality of nature.

Due to local geographical conditions, weather, or government policies, Ganjia Secret may occasionally close temporarily or restrict entry. Therefore, tickets are not included in the itinerary. Tickets can be conveniently purchased at the entrance with assistance from the driver-guide.

Later, proceed to Labrang Monastery Scenic Area (visit duration: 2 hours). Labrang Monastery is not only a sacred site of Tibetan Buddhism but also an ancient town rich in cultural heritage. The monastery complex is grand in scale and unique in architectural style, with resplendent prayer halls and solemn stupas, each reflecting the solemnity of Tibetan Buddhism. Outside the monastery lies the world’s longest prayer wheel corridor, taking about an hour to walk clockwise, allowing visitors to experience the devout faith of believers. The monastery houses six colleges, where visitors can admire bronze and wooden statues of Buddha, each seemingly telling ancient stories. After the visit, head to Xiahe for check-in and rest.

【Special Notes】
The scenic areas are rich in landscapes. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and protect against sunburn and cold. The altitude is around 2,800 meters—avoid strenuous exercise to prevent altitude sickness. As the monastery is a sacred Buddhist site, please dress modestly and respect local ethnic beliefs.

早餐後前往位於甘川兩省交界處的【郎木寺】。郎木寺是白龍江的發源地，白龍江將郎木寺一分為二，一江跨兩省，分為四川寺和甘肅寺，是一座藏傳佛教寺廟，素有“東方小瑞士”之稱。您可參觀寺廟內的佛像、壁畫，若有機會（一般在下午）還可觀察天葬儀式，體驗藏族文化。

隨後前往【阿萬倉濕地】，這是一處集自然風光與生態價值於一體的高原濕地。濕地由黃河及其支流貢曲、賽爾曲、道吉曲匯流而成，河流縱橫、湖泊星羅棋布，水草豐美，是世界上最大的黑頸鶴越冬地之一。阿萬倉濕地不僅是黃河上游重要的水源涵養地，更因其原始的生態環境和豐富的生物多樣性，被譽為“中國最美的濕地”。這裡既有北方大地的陽剛之美，又有江南水鄉的清柔之韻，是探險家、旅行者和攝影家的理想去處。

接著前往【娘瑪寺】，又稱阿萬倉召岱娘瑪寺，位於甘肅省甘南藏族自治州瑪曲縣阿萬倉鄉扎西貢色灘中心，創建於1834年，是藏傳佛教寧瑪派（紅教）的重要寺廟。該寺主要聖物有高達二尺半的蓮花大師金像、釋迦牟尼佛像、19幅壁畫和40多幅唐卡，以及13米高的菩提塔等。此外，娘瑪寺還擁有世界上最大的大藏經轉經筒，高度約50米，重量約300噸，內部藏有11萬冊經書，已於2018年成功申報吉尼斯世界紀錄。娘瑪寺不僅是信仰的中心，也是藏傳佛教文化的重要傳承地，吸引著眾多信徒和遊客前來朝拜和參觀。之後前往酒店休息。

After breakfast, head to Langmu Temple, located on the border between Gansu and Sichuan provinces. Langmu Temple is the source of the Bailong River, which divides the temple into two parts—one in Sichuan and one in Gansu. Known as the "Little Switzerland of the East," it is a Tibetan Buddhist temple where visitors can admire Buddha statues, murals, and sometimes witness sky burials (usually held in the afternoon) to experience Tibetan culture.

Next, proceed to A’wancang Wetland, a high-altitude wetland combining natural scenery and ecological value. Formed by the convergence of the Yellow River and its tributaries—Gongqu, Saierqu, and Daojiqu—the wetland is crisscrossed by rivers and dotted with lakes, featuring lush water grasses. It is one of the largest wintering grounds for black-necked cranes in the world. As an important water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, A’wancang Wetland is renowned for its pristine ecological environment and rich biodiversity, earning the title of "China’s Most Beautiful Wetland." It blends the rugged beauty of northern landscapes with the gentle charm of southern water towns, making it an ideal destination for adventurers, travelers, and photographers.

Then, visit Niangma Temple, also known as A’wancang Zhaodai Niangma Temple. Located in the center of Zhaxigongsetan, A’wancang Township, Maqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, the temple was founded in 1834 and is an important monastery of the Tibetan Buddhist Nyingma (Red Sect). Its main sacred artifacts include a 2.5-foot-high golden statue of Padmasambhava, a statue of Sakyamuni, 19 murals, over 40 thangkas, and a 13-meter-high Bodhi Stupa. Additionally, Niangma Temple houses the world's largest Tibetan Buddhist sutra revolving prayer wheel, standing about 50 meters tall, weighing approximately 300 tons, and containing 110,000 volumes of scriptures. It was officially recognized by the Guinness World Records in 2018. As both a center of faith and an important hub for Tibetan Buddhist cultural heritage, the temple attracts numerous believers and tourists for pilgrimage and visits. Afterwards, return to the hotel for rest.

早餐後前往【蓮寶葉則】（景區參觀2.5小時，含景區門票，電瓶車請自理）。蓮寶葉則位於青藏高原東南部，橫跨四川阿壩縣與青海交界，是巴顏喀拉山的支脈，平均海拔4000米以上，最高峰達5369米。景區內奇峰異石、湖泊星羅棋佈，有「東方魔幻世界」之稱。蓮寶葉則也是藏區著名的神山，位居藏區十大神山第八位，藏語意為「尊嚴的玉石之峰」，是橫斷山脈與巴顏喀拉山的交匯之地。這裡山巒如畫，怪石嶙峋，湖泊如鏡，景色壯美而神秘，宛如遺落人間的仙境。它是格薩爾王的古戰場，也是藏族心中的神山，承載著千年的傳說與信仰。

後參觀【各莫寺】（景區參觀1.5小時），又名慧圓寺，位於四川省阿壩州阿壩縣各莫鄉，距縣城13公里。寺內最著名的是高37米的彌勒佛坐像，以及中國最大的連體佛殿建築，其內部設有電梯，可直達各層。此外，各莫寺還擁有豐富的文物收藏，包括唐卡、佛像等，部分藏品在寺內博物館展出。各莫寺不僅是藏傳佛教的重要修行場所，也是遊客感受藏族文化和宗教氛圍的絕佳之地。

後乘車前往【漫澤塘濕地】（景區參觀1.5小時）。漫澤塘濕地位於四川省阿壩縣東北部，地處青藏高原東南緣，是黃河上游的重要水源涵養地和「中華水塔」的重要組成部分，以沼澤濕地和河流濕地為主，擁有豐富的動植物資源。這裡不僅是珍稀動物的樂園，也是生態旅遊者的天堂。漫澤塘被譽為「千灣濕地，童話牧場」，景區內有遼闊的草原、蜿蜒的河流、牛軛湖和花海，景色美不勝收。此外，這裡還保留了豐富的遊牧文化和紅色文化遺跡，是黃河國家文化公園的重要組成部分。

後前往【九曲黃河第一灣】（景區參觀3小時）。九曲黃河第一灣位於四川省阿壩藏族羌族自治州若爾蓋縣唐克鎮，是黃河上游一段極為壯觀的自然景觀。黃河從青海巴顏喀拉山發源後，一路東流，在若爾蓋草原與白河匯合，形成了一個巨大的「S」形彎道，被譽為「宇宙中莊嚴幻景」。這裡平均海拔約3500米，河流蜿蜒，水草豐美，紅柳成林，是黑頸鶴、丹頂鶴等珍稀鳥類的棲息地。景區內的「天邊雲梯」由14台扶梯構成，總長538米，垂直落差158米，是國內海拔最高的自動觀光扶梯，可俯瞰黃河全貌。登上雲梯，可欣賞最美的黃河日落。

After breakfast, head to Nianbaoyuze (scenic area visit: 2.5 hours, entry ticket included, electric cart at own expense). Nianbaoyuze is located in the southeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, spanning the border between Aba County in Sichuan and Qinghai Province. It is a branch of the Bayan Har Mountains, with an average altitude of over 4,000 meters and a peak reaching 5,369 meters. The area is renowned for its bizarre peaks, peculiar rocks, and scattered lakes, earning it the title "Oriental Fantasy World." Nianbaoyuze is also a sacred mountain in Tibetan Buddhism, ranking eighth among the ten most sacred mountains in Tibet. Its Tibetan name means "dignified jade peak," and it lies at the intersection of the Hengduan Mountains and the Bayan Har Mountains. The landscape here is picturesque, with rugged rocks and mirror-like lakes, creating a majestic and mysterious scenery reminiscent of a fairyland on earth. It is the ancient battlefield of King Gesar and a sacred mountain in the hearts of Tibetans, carrying millennia of legends and faith.

Next, visit Gemo Monastery (scenic area visit: 1.5 hours), also known as Huiyuan Temple. Located in Gemo Township, Aba County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, about 13 kilometers from the county town, the monastery is famous for its 37-meter-high seated Maitreya Buddha statue and the largest connected Buddha hall building in China, equipped with an elevator providing access to all floors. Additionally, Gemo Monastery houses a rich collection of cultural artifacts, including thangkas and Buddha statues, some of which are displayed in the monastery's museum. The monastery is not only an important place for Tibetan Buddhist practice but also an excellent destination for visitors to experience Tibetan culture and religious atmosphere.

Afterward, take a bus to Manzetang Wetland (scenic area visit: 1.5 hours). Located in the northeastern part of Aba County, Sichuan Province, on the southeastern edge of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Manzetang Wetland is an important water conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and a key component of the "China Water Tower." Dominated by marsh and river wetlands, it boasts abundant flora and fauna resources. This area is not only a paradise for rare animals but also a haven for eco-tourists. Dubbed the "Thousand-Bend Wetland, Fairy Tale Pasture," the scenic area features vast grasslands, winding rivers, oxbow lakes, and flower fields, offering breathtaking views. Additionally, the area preserves rich nomadic and red cultural relics, making it an important part of the Yellow River National Cultural Park.

Finally, proceed to the First Bend of the Yellow River (scenic area visit: 3 hours). Located in Tangke Town, Zoige County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, the First Bend of the Yellow River is a spectacular natural landscape in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Originating from the Bayan Har Mountains in Qinghai, the Yellow River flows eastward and converges with the Bai River on the Zoige Grassland, forming a massive "S"-shaped bend acclaimed as a "solemn illusion in the universe." With an average altitude of about 3,500 meters, the area features winding rivers, lush water grasses, and dense tamarisk forests, providing a habitat for rare birds such as black-necked cranes and red-crowned cranes. The "Sky Ladder" in the scenic area consists of 14 escalators, with a total length of 538 meters and a vertical drop of 158 meters, making it the highest-altitude automatic sightseeing escalator in China, offering panoramic views of the Yellow River. Climbing the ladder allows visitors to witness the most stunning sunset over the Yellow River.

早上前往【若爾蓋草原】（景區參觀2.5小時）。若爾蓋大草原位於四川省阿壩藏族羌族自治州，是中國最美麗的濕地草原之一。這裡海拔3300米至3600米，地勢開闊，綠草如茵，黃河九曲第一灣、花湖等美景如詩如畫。它不僅是珍稀動植物的天堂，也是紅軍長征途中的重要地標，承載著深厚的歷史文化底蘊。夏日的若爾蓋，繁花似錦，牛羊成群，是旅行者嚮往的高原秘境。

隨後遊覽【花湖】（參觀2.5小時）。花湖位於若爾蓋大草原上，湖水清澈見底，湖面呈迷人的藍色。湖邊濕地生態良好，是觀賞黑頸鶴等珍稀鳥類和魚類的好地方。之後前往扎尕那休息。

​In the morning, head to Zoigê Grassland (scenic area visit: 2.5 hours). Located in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province, Zoigê Grassland is one of China's most beautiful wetland grasslands. With an altitude ranging from 3,300 to 3,600 meters, the terrain here is vast and carpeted with lush green grass. The First Bend of the Yellow River and Flower Lake paint a picturesque landscape like poetry. It is not only a paradise for rare flora and fauna but also an important landmark along the Red Army's Long March, carrying profound historical and cultural significance. In summer, Zoigê is adorned with blooming flowers and dotted with grazing cattle and sheep, making it a coveted highland retreat for travelers.

Next, visit Flower Lake (visit duration: 2.5 hours). Located on Zoigê Grassland, the lake's water is crystal clear, shimmering with an enchanting blue hue. The wetland ecosystem along the lakeside is well-preserved, offering an excellent opportunity to observe rare birds like black-necked cranes and various fish species. Afterward, proceed to Zhagana for rest.

早上前往人間仙境【扎尕那】（參觀2.5小時）。扎尕那位於距離迭部縣城20公里處，是一個被羣山環繞的藏族村落，山清水秀，景色如畫。扎尕那是大自然的饋贈，藏語意為“石匣子”，隱藏於迭部羣山之中，四面環山、雲霧繚繞，宛如世外桃源。這裡山清水秀，梯田層疊，藏族村落散落其間，炊煙裊裊，寧靜而祥和。扎尕那是心靈的棲息地，是夢中的香格里拉。
建議停留時間：晚飯後可觀賞扎尕星空，第二天清晨到達日觀景台欣賞晨霧，隨後遊覽仙女灘、一線天等景區。

隨後踏上【洛克之路】。洛克之路位於甘南卓尼縣扎古錄鎮至迭部縣扎尕那之間，全程約106公里。這條路因探險家洛克而得名，被譽為甘南的“最美秘境”。沿途雪山、草原、峽谷、瀑布交織，風景絕美，宛如人間仙境。這是一條充滿挑戰的自駕路線，部分路段崎嶇，但每一步都值得停留，每一眼皆是震撼。洛克之路，等你來解鎖甘南的野性與浪漫。

之後前往【米拉日巴佛閣】（參觀2.5小時）。米拉日巴佛閣位於甘南州合作市北側，距離市中心約3公里。

In the morning, head to the fairyland of Zhagana (visit duration: 2.5 hours). Located about 20 kilometers from Diebu County, Zhagana is a Tibetan village surrounded by mountains, boasting picturesque landscapes of clear waters and lush greenery. As a gift of nature, its Tibetan name means "Stone Box," hidden amidst the Diebu mountain ranges. Enveloped by clouds and mist, it resembles a secluded paradise. With its serene scenery, terraced fields, scattered Tibetan villages, and袅袅炊烟 (wispy smoke from household chimneys), Zhagana is a tranquil sanctuary for the soul—a dreamlike Shangri-La.

Recommended itinerary: After dinner, admire the starry sky at Zhagana. At dawn the next day, visit Dari Viewing Platform to witness the morning mist, followed by exploring scenic spots like Fairy Beach and One-Line Sky.

Then, embark on the Locke Road. Stretching approximately 106 kilometers from Zhagana in Diebu County to Zhagulu Town in Zhuoni County, Gannan, this route is named after the explorer Joseph Rock and is hailed as the "Most Beautiful Hidden Gem" of Gannan. Along the way, snow-capped mountains, grasslands, canyons, and waterfalls intertwine, creating breathtaking scenery akin to a fairyland on earth. This challenging self-driving route features rugged sections, yet every step is worth pausing for, and every glance is awe-inspiring. The Locke Road awaits you to unlock the wildness and romance of Gannan.

Afterward, proceed to Milarepa Buddha Pavilion (visit duration: 2.5 hours). Located in the northern part of Hezuo City, Gannan Prefecture, it is approximately 3 kilometers from the city center.
